Luxe in Shanghai
Pros:

Waanzinnig hotel op een goede locatie. Suite was ruim en van alle genakken voorzien. Het ontbijt was enorm uitgebreid.

Everything met my expectations except the temperature in the room

Cons:

The room was very warm at night (25 C) That is fine during the day but at night it needs to be cooler. We complained but to no avail. Like in many hotels in China the management decided what temperature is comfortable for us.

Never disappointed, always pleased. A high quality hotel forever.
Pros:

Upscale location, great staff, very clean and great views. Even I left Shanghai 20 yrs ago, when I am back and tried to reserve my hotel. Okura Garden hotel is always the No. 1 choice.

Location, spacious front yard, clean room, and very helpful staff. Great restaurant on the 2nd floor.
