案内がいい加減
受付で施設の場所を聞いたのだが反対方向のことを言われだいぶ彷徨った
知らないなら直ぐに調べるなどきちんと対応してほしい

高級感を身近に感じられる宿泊でした！
Pros:

ロケーションはとても良かったです。初めて新幹線の屋根を見ました！エントランスの香りも良かったです。三ケ日ミカンのアロマを使用しているそうです。バスタブも大きくアメニティも充実していました。コーヒーのサービスも種類がいくつかあって楽しめました。

Cons:

バスルームの換気扇が弱いのか、ずっと湿気やにおいがこもったままでした。ルーム内の空調も弱く？涼しいんだけど物足りない。特に宿泊した日は気温が高く暑かったので、部屋に戻った時やお風呂上りはハンディファンを持ってくればよかったと思いました。

Music lovers, this is the hotel for you- the musical details and beautiful rooms will make your heart sing!
Pros:

The whole building was beautiful! From the lobby to the smallest details in the elevator, everything was music-themed, which made this musician very happy! The room was beautiful and spacious too and the staff were so kind and helpful. I didn’t want to leave!

眺望と温かいスタッフ
Pros:

スタッフの方みんな笑顔で優しかった。会場までの道案内もフロントも朝食の時も。そして部屋からの眺めは最高!お部屋のグレードをアップしていただき、美味しいコーヒーもベッドも大変良かった。大満足でまたコンサートがあれば泊まりたいです。

Cons:

浴室の天井や壁に、拭いた雑巾などに付いていたであろう髪の毛が付いていました。掃除はされていてキレイでしたが、そこが気にななりました。

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

Located in a pleasant neighbourhood , this hotel provides very good rooms and other facilities. Views from the higher floors are beautiful. Buffet breakfast is good. The staff is courteous and helpful.

海側、山側、どちらも眺めがいいです。
部屋が清潔で、コーヒーセットもあります。
スタッフの皆さんが感じ良いです。
