Clean rooms, very nice personal. Great location.
The spa area is great but it would be nice if hotel guests could at least use the pool for free.

The recommendation of the Kogyoku Sushi restaurant was great as it was a Sunday and the restaurant in the hotel basement have a good chef, good menus and friendly staff, a much enjoyable, good Omakase sushi meal of choice.
So was the Yamazato - excellent dinner with great serving staff.
It was disappointing at the Teppanyaki restaurant Sazanka on my last night, where I was being directed to a table which was service by a new young chef who was serving the left side of the teppan table. The sequence of serving the menus was also not good - in my 30 years of taking Japanese teppanyaki in the like of Okura Tokyo, New Otani Tokyo and Osaka, Imperial Tokyo and Osaka, Serena Tokyo Roppongi, this is the worst teppan I had. Rather unprofessional and without status. I was disappointed by this standard being presented by an Okura restaurant. I hope Okura can remedy such a bad presentation.
In term of checking in upon my arrival - without asking if I am a Okura Harmony member, I was asked to wait until 3pm for check in and register my room. The front desk was not allowed to check me in.
However, I found out from looking at people checking only to realize Okura member can check-in before 3pm.
I am abhorred by again the Okura hotel service, and their front and lobby staff of such ignorance and the way they treat a foreigner with such unfriendly mannerism. A very unbecoming of a great name hotel, but most disappointing.
