Excellent luxury stay in traditional Japanese hotel.
Pros:

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel. It was very well maintained. The facilities aren't the most modern, but the staff, and service are exceptional. They were there for every need you could ask for. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing I could say that could be improved were the beds. They were a little hard for our taste, but it didn't take away from our stay. Views were beautiful. Good location. Taxis on demand. We would most definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean, local and central hotel, but the bed mattress and pillows need to improve
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious and quiet.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the mattress and the pillows were all really hard. I asked for extra pillows and tried all combinations. I was only able to sleep after going to buy my own pillow from a nearby shopping mall. I think the hotel should consider a major update to all of its mattresses and pillows. At least the pillows. There were no fluffy, not too soft pillows, so either the pillows are so hard that your neck hurts, or it is too soft so your head just falls straight through onto the hard mattress, making sleeping very difficult.

Pros:

The staff are really considerate and helpful. I stayed for a just shy of a month and they were so welcoming and kind. They also were very quick and flexible in cleaning / making up my room. The beds also are so comfortable here. Nice and firm! I sleep so well here. Also the rooms are quite spacious.

Cons:

Some of the rooms may be a bit noisy. The price can be a bit expensive but it’s a very good hotel, so hard to think of anything.

Pros:

The hotel was well soundproofed, so we didn't hear any pipe noise or other disturbances and slept very well. In Japan, the smell of smoke is a major concern, but the hotel was kept very clean and odor-free. The staff were very friendly and greeted us warmly. The location was excellent, about a 5-minute walk from the subway station.

體驗有歷史文化的感覺，大廳很像在參觀博物館，整體而言，人員親切問候與接待，如下次來福岡玩，我會極力推薦來這裡居住，並且會推薦給我的朋友們
Pros:

位置，在地鐵站站可以直接走進，並且附近有超商與唐吉軻德24小時，很方便

Cons:

要開口才能取得，建議行李磅可以直接放在公共區域

値段相応かと思います。
Pros:

スタッフの対応、朝食は抜群に良かったです。アメニティも十分でした。

Cons:

建物がどうしても古く部屋に入った瞬間、すいた匂いがしていました。空気清浄機もかかっていたのですが、ちゃんと除湿をしないといけないのかもしれません。また、バストイレが一緒で、トイレも後から取ってつけたようなものでした。

Comfortable but a bit old fashioned.
Pros:

The hotel is a classic 1980’s 5-star, a little long in the tooth but very comfortable and accommodating.

Cons:

The hotel needs two things in my opinion: a finishes upgrade and more trendy restaurants and bars … a bit of an old aunts and uncles place at this time.
