Harika bir deneyim oteli. Spa alanı içinde deniz suyu havuzu oldukça keyifli. Çeşitli restoranlar ve gustav isimli bir bara sahip. Tarihi , mimari detaylarıyla, gastronomisi ile mutlaka Monacoda konaklamak için ilk tercihim olacak bundan sonra.

Cons:

We booked two identical rooms and were offered an upgrade for an additional charge, which we accepted expecting both rooms to be of the same higher standard.

Unfortunately, the two upgraded rooms were of completely different quality. One was noticeably better, while the other did not match the standard we had paid for. When we raised the issue, the staff explained that the hotel was undergoing renovations and that they did not have two upgraded rooms of the same quality available.

This explanation is simply not acceptable. If the hotel cannot provide the product it is selling, it should not offer or charge guests for it. Renovation works are an internal issue and should not result in guests receiving unequal accommodations after paying the same upgrade fee.

Overall, this was disappointing and fell well below the level of service I expected.
