Lunch was divine, we dined for my little brothers birthday and the service from Anca and Ysabela was very attentive they made my little sister feel very welcome and my brother feel very included, couldn’t have asked for better service from anyone else. The food itself was very delicious and well prepared especially the pork belly.

We were originally in a superior room which only had an over bath shower. We moved to a deluxe room which I would definitely recommend. It was much larger and brighter with a walk in shower as well as a bath.
I had lunch at Landmark Hotel and Bela looked after me. She was so sweet, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The service was quick and efficient, and she made sure everything was perfect throughout my meal. Her kind attitude and excellent customer service made my lunch even more enjoyable. Thank you, Bela I really appreciate your great service and hope to be served by you again!
Amazing two night stay for my 50th Birthday. Breakfast each morning in the winter garden restaurant was fantastic. Rodica served us both mornings and was very friendly, attentive and efficient, she made our mornings more enjoyable with her exceptional service.

Die Mini Bar war leer. Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen. Ich habe auf meinem Zimmer eine Dior Tasche vergessen und einen seidenschlafanzug - wir mussten umziehen wegen einem Zimmerwechsel- die Sachen sind nie wieder aufgetaucht- auch die Hoteldirektion meldete sich nicht zurück- Zimmer Service überfordert einen mojito zu mixen, check out- warte Zeit an der Rezeption 20 Minuten- Palmen und andere Pflanzen alle aus und Plastik- insgesamt keine gute Erfahrung

We were welcomed and looked after by Mihai and Lois who made sure we had an amazing evening.
The ambience was classy and relaxing and we were easily made to feel welcome.

We had a fabulous evening at the Landmark Hotel's Champagne Bar, looked after by David and his fantastic team—sadly, I didn't catch everyone's names.
We visited on a Friday to enjoy the live jazz band, which starts at 6:30 pm, and it was well worth it. Our table was ready when we arrived, and from the moment we sat down, the service was prompt, attentive, and welcoming throughout the evening.
The Champagne Bar is a beautiful space with a light, airy atmosphere, making it the perfect setting to relax. The jazz band were excellent, playing a great variety of music and happily taking requests, which added to the wonderful ambience.
A special thank you to David and his team, whose service was second to none. They were warm, friendly, and professional, and they truly made our evening memorable. We will be back.
Líbil se nám hotel, krásná architektura, prostorný pokoj, velmi milý personál. Výtečné snídaně a skvělá restaurace.
Nelíbil se nám hluční ve vedlejším pokoji, kteří byli hluční celý den až do půlnoci (bouchání zamknutými dveřmi někdy každou minutu - děti pohybující se mezi více pokoji. Bohužel i přes intervenci na recepci se to další den opakovalo (celkem 3x). Personál puku v suterénu preferoval nehotelové hosty - fotbalový zápas MS.
