We liked the initial welcome and the food we had on the afternoon of arrival, despite being charged over double what we had paid for. This appeared to be an honest mistake when we challenged and we have been told that our credit card will be refunded within 5 days.
The air conditioning in our room sounded like an aircraft taking off when it initially kicked in. We didn’t realise this until 2am when it woke us up. This happened another 2 or 3 times during the night.

Place is immaculate. Very unique courtyard. Fantastic selection at breakfast. Very peaceful in the evenings. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Really really enjoyed our stay
Good location close to Baker Street. Nice pool and gym - also sauna and steam. Room was large and all very clean.
Breakfast should include a la carte and buffet too. It was a fixed 40 gpg for a buffet when all we wanted was eggs and a coffee. There are good cafes near the hotel so also possible to go elsewhere.

The manager and the entire team went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely flawless. As we were celebrating my other half Wayne’s birthday, they made our room feel incredibly special and romantic, complete with beautiful decorations, red wine and a delicious chocolate birthday cake! 🎂🍷❤️
The spa experience was wonderful as well. Wayne felt completely relaxed, pampered and exceptionally well cared for—the perfect birthday treat!
Throughout our stay, we felt genuinely welcomed, valued and spoiled. Thank you so much to everyone at The Landmark London for making our celebration truly unforgettable. I cannot recommend this beautiful hotel highly enough, and we will most definitely be returning!

The hotel has a great atmosphere, very nice bars, excellent service, and a fantastic location. It also has a lovely swimming pool and spa, as well as a well-equipped gym.
