To make our hotel even more beautiful, as we do every year, we are renovating our entrance area, probably until the beginning of December. We will, of course, carry out this work with the utmost care and ensure that all of our hotel's services are fully available to you as usual. During this time, we have set up our reception on our gallery on the mezzanine floor.

Renovation work of the Lobby will be carried out from now to December 22, 2025.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Perfect hotel in Munich
Pros:

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We stayed 5 nights. The location is PERFECT, the rooms beautiful and large, there are many restaurants, bars, spa and salons. The breakfast buffet alone is worth the trip (with an incredible view). But what stands out is the service. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful. Of particular note was the Concierge, Michael Jonsen.

Ewell worth every Euro
Pros:

Beautiful spacious room. Bathroom with a very deep tub that was great for soaking after a long day of sightseeing. Location cannot be beat. Walking distance to all the major sights and some great restaurants. The staff were very Balogun and always pleasant. Breakfast had an extensive set of choices including buffet and special orders. Very nice outdoor seating with a nice view. Perfect for breakfast or an afternoon coffee or drink.

Guter Concierge Service

Cons:

Klimaanlage funktioniert nur sehr eingeschränkt, kein Schminkspiegel, Duschhabe, Wasserkocher, Tee .. vorhanden. Für einen Zimmerpreis von €1500 pro Nacht nicht alzeptabel.

3 ayrı oda rezerve ettik, farklı binalarda verdiler.
Odamı aynı binaya istediğimde çok dar bir oda verdiler.
Kahvaltı dahil zannediyorduk, kahvaltıda uyarmadılar.
Odaler çok eskimiş, yataklar çok rahat değil.
Beklentim çok yüksekti maalesef düşük geldi.

As we always left our room key at the reception, one evening we went to collect it. Instead of handing it to us straight away, the entire reception staff started talking to and focusing on a group of guests, who were probably people they knew, completely forgetting about us. We had to wait quite a long time. We did not find this to be a particularly professional way to treat guests.
One evening , we also saw a spider coming down from ceiling in our room. It was quite an unpleasant experience.

The service at the rooftop bar also needs significant improvement.

Pros:

Die àllgemeine Ausstattung ist aussergewöhnlich.

Cons:

Die Verdunklungsvorhänge schliessen nicht vollständig.
Und obwohl der Geburtstag meines Mannes in den Aufenthalt fiel und die Rezeption das wusste, gab es keinerlei Aufmerksamkeiten des Hauses.

Wirklich ein Desaster. Extrem unfreundliches Personal, ineffizient, pampig. Nie wieder!

Ausstattung des Hotels auch eher 90er Jahre.

Für das Geld bekommt man in München wirklich besseres.
