Staff friendly clean
For me, even after trying other hotels, this one remains the best. I always prioritize cleanliness and service, and I have to say they were fantastic. The credit certainly goes to the excellent Hotel Manager, Rory Rooney, who—along with his team—managed to meet all our requests. The room with the river view was priceless, the breakfast was superb, and the restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend it.
Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, the food was great and the location was perfect. I had a hard time leaving the breakfast, the choices including menu items and self-serve were all delicious. Five stars for the servers.
We stayed three nights so I think we had a pretty good opportunity to experience the entire hotel. The room was clean, and the staff very attentive. We couldn't have been happier.
Lastly, we wanted to give a special thank you to Valerie. She couldn't have done a better job of helping during our stay. She is a great example of the Hilton brand. Thank you Valerie!

The restaurant delivers — food and service both strong. The bar is well-run and the staff throughout the hotel are excellent. Location is hard to fault for exploring Temple Bar.
The room, however, is a genuine disappointment at this price point: small, uninspiring aesthetically, and equipped with instant coffee. Not acceptable in a property positioning itself as a luxury destination. Everything else earns the stars — the room doesn't.

Can honestly not think of anything that was enjoyable. Oh, our taxi was arranged to pick us up at the allotted time, which we appreciated very much.
I requested a room with a view (did not get it), when inquiring into why we did not get a room with a view, we got many unjustifiable excuses attempting to transfer responsibility. Quiet room (not at all, a choir was practicing most of the evening), cleanliness (mold smell and odors in the room, carpets was not vacuumed with toenail clippings which I had to remove to make wife not moving to another hotel in the middle of the night), bathroom (restricted space only acceptable to petite and small people), bed (hard spring well used mattresses with no afterthought of paying customers’ comfort). Thank God we stayed only one night. A waste of hard earned money. PS. Damages deposit which I was charged, front desk gentleman did not explain why and when I will receive the deposit back.
Excellent hotel and centrally located in Dublin's Temple Bar area. I spent 8 days and throughly enjoyed it. The staff and amenities are top notch. Pricy but worth every penny.
Modern hotel in the middle of the city. The location is very convenient, in front of temple bar the most touristic area. The team is amazing. Many thanks to Andrea who exceeded my expectations during my whole stay.

We had such a great experience here, it’s walkable to everywhere you need to go and such a lovely hotel. Eleuton took such great care of us, everyone was very kind to us for our honeymoon.
