Frühstücksbuffet hätte ich mehr erwartet, zB abgepackte Müesli anstelle Auswahl an frischen Flocken. generelle Auswahl auch Käse sehr minimalistisch. Kaffequalität bin ich mich von Italien etwas anderes gewohnt.
es hat alles aber für Preis/Leistung waren die Erwartungen höher, Kaffebarista anstelle liebliser Automatenkaffee. kommt zwar aus der Kücke aber geschmacklich nicht anders als Automat.
Liegestühle die den ganzen Tag besetzt sind - morgen früh sind schon Badetücher gelegt und besten Stühle besetzt, ich erwarte von dieser Klasse etwas mehr, wird ein Stuhl 1 stunde nicht benützt müssten die Stühle für abdere Gäste freigegeben werden.
ich habe dieses Hotel gewählt weil ich vom Preis her erwartet habe das dies mehr Klasse in diesem Bereich bietet.
es hat genügend Liegen, aber die besten Plätze werden und ubd erst nach 2-3 stunden benutzt. sollte verboten sein und ist nicht notwendig.

Great location, very underwhelming for families.

Beautiful views and a good location

Cons:

Staff are undertrained adolescents who do not communicate as you'd expect at a 5* location. Despite being advertised as family friendly it is actually very poor for families with children - the indoor pool forbids children under the age of 16 and there are no facilities or play areas for the kids.

Nice views, some members of the staff were sociable and helpful

Cons:

The interiors were quite tired, the place needs a refurb. Our room had some sconcer style lamps where the lights were knocked out. Curtains weren’t closing properly so got woken up by light coming in. Would be best if they were blackout. We were also rushed to leave breakfast when we were still finishing our coffees which wasn’t relaxing. I understand tables need to be cleaned but have never been rushed like that in a 5* hotel, not very tactful. Would rate it more as a 4*.

Piękne położenie ale obiekt wymaga już odświeżenia. Sprzątanie nie zawsze było na najwyższym poziomie - np. pozostawiony przez kilka dni kurz na stolikach nocnych...
