Superb hotel, all staff exceptionally friendly. Dona in the restaurant - special mention - made us feel so welcome. All bar staff brilliant as well.
Love the pool set up, and sun beds on the ledges by the sea... Loved the little moped rental to go to Portofino for the day :-)

Siamo stati accolti al check in reception da Giacomo che ci ha messo a disposizione la camera alle 9:00 del mattino, con upgrade gratuito, dandoci la possibilità di accedere subito alla spiaggia.

I don't expect to pay £1300 a night to be kept awake by the hotel bar playing live pop music till 11:30pm directly below our balcony.
