Our stay was wonderful
Pros:

Beautiful building and grounds, pool with a view of the mountains, great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, included and replenished minibar, coffee machine, bear cookies in the evening, great location.

Cons:

No AC. Small hand towels would be nice.

Grand opulence in a great location at a good price. Staff were exceptional. Food was delicious.

Fabulous, opulent grand hotel and a room with a balcony. Good facilities in the room and the room was quiet. Good breakfast, great location right next to Harder Kulm and near the railway station.

Cons:

The bath was high for a short person.

Beaucoup trop cher pour une petite chambre relativement bruyante et un Spa réduit.
Pros:

La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite. Situé à 5 minutes à pied de la gare Interlaken Ost, et au bord de la rivière de l'Aar. Également situé à 3 minutes du funiculaire '' Harderbahn '' pour monter au point de vue Harder Kulm. Le lit est confortable mais relativement petit. La salle de bain est spacieuse, mais le ventilateur très bruyant. Il y a un mini bar, un Safe, une bouilloire pour un café/thé, de l'eau à discrétion. Des peignoirs et pantoufles se trouvent dans l'armoire pour se rendre au Spa, situé au niveau de la réception. Il faut la traverser en peignoir devant tous les autres clients ! Buffet du petit déjeuner avec un menu occidental et asiatique. Un restaurant/bar qui offre une terrasse agréable avec vue sur l'Aar. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est parfait pour commencer une magnifique journée. Le personnel est très accueillant, absolument charmant, aimable et souriant, et entreprend tout pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Le point fort de l’hôtel réside dans le personnel 5* !

Cons:

Pour un hôtel 5*, la chambre est vraiment petite. L'ensemble est relativement vieux. Le lit est certes confortable, mais petit. Armoires difficiles et bruyantes à fermer. Il fait tellement chaud qu’il est obligatoire d’ouvrir la fenêtre. Notre chambre donnait sur la rivière Aare et, malheureusement, également sur les voies de chemin de fer, très bruyantes. Dommage de se faire réveiller très tôt le matin (05h00) par les bruits stridents des rails ! La salle de bain comporte un ventilateur très bruyant. Pour se rendre au Spa, il faut s'équiper avec les peignoirs depuis la chambre et passer devant tous les clients devant la réception. L'eau de la piscine est froide. Vraiment froide ! Pratiquement personne n'en profitait. Tout petit Hammam avec peu de vapeur.
