Situation idéale, belles prestations mais l'accueil des clients devrait être amélioré
Pros:

Situation idéale pour visiter Interlaken à pied et pour rejoindre la gare à proximité.
Chambre spatieuse avec beaucoup de rangements. Grand choix de chaînes TV étrangères.
Salle du petit déjeuner confortable avec vue sur les jardins. Le buffet offre un grand choix de plats et boissons.
Grande piscine pour un hôtel. Cuisine du restaurant soignée.

Cons:

Personnel à la réception insuffisant donc attente sytématique. Ne parle pas français, peu l'allemand, anglais préféré.
Parking non gardé ni protégé par une barrière.
Salle de bains à moderniser.

Lovely 2-day treat to ourselves
Pros:

The view, the room, the staff. I asked for a mountain view, got a pretty local mountain view with the river included.
When we asked a breakfast waitress if she would take our photo (the stay was our Golden Wedding anniversary treat to ourselves), she and another waitress took us into another room with beautiful views, and took several shots, as well as some of the lovely views from the buffet room window.
Big bedroom, very comfortable bed.

Cons:

A little 'faded grandeur' - dusty carpets, cobwebs in the bathroom, a double wardrobe in the bedroom with no hangers (although great wardrobe space in the hallway).

Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

Superbe chambre et emplacement idéal.

Cons:

Le room service n'était pas atteignable et la réception n'a pas pu aider. Les services Spa fermaient à 19h et étaient déjà pleinement booké ce jour là.

Pros:

조식은 맛 괜찮았고, 추가로 저녁 식사를 했는데 Veal이 입에서 녹아버렸습니다. 서비스(저녁)는 전체적으로 좋았습니다.
오래된 호텔이 발산하는 매력을 느낄 수 있었고, 수전, 문고리 등의 인테리어가 상당히 흥미로웠습니다. 발코니유무를 중요하게 생각하는데, 발코니가 있는 방을 택한 것은 대만족입니다.

Cons:

체크인을 하는 과정에서 제가 삼십분 정도 일찍 도착했는데, 룸이 아직 준비가 안되어있다고 했습니다. 제가 일찍 도착한 것은 맞지만 이런 경우가 흔치는 않아, 세시까지 십분이 남은 상황에서 다시 물었는데 시스템 상으로 아직도 준비가 완료되어있지 않다고 했어요. 직원분이 약간 어리숙했는데, 세시가 다 되어가는 상황에서도 준비가 안된 것 같다고만 하셔서 제가 살짝 당황하자 다른 분이 오셔서 안되어있을리가 없다고 하셨습니다. 원래 직원분이 “시스템상에는 안되어있다고나오는데요?” 하니까 막 오신 분이 “가끔 다른 경우도 있자나. 이 방은 오늘 바로 나간 방도 아니자나”라고 하시더니, 확인을 하고 방 키를 주셨습니다. 이는 체크인 시간인 세시를 지났을 시점이었고, 출장 중 휴식을 위해 하루 방문한 인터라켄에서 시간을 뺏긴 것 같아 기분이 좋지는 않았습니다.

조식의 경우 일하는 분들이 조금 바빠서인지 퉁명스러웠습니다. 메뉴와 커피를 요청했는데, 메뉴의 경우 갖다주지 않아서 다른 분께 요청해야했고, 커피는 옆에 다른 테이블에 혼자 식사하시는 분들께는 다 주전자에 서빙이 되었는데, 제것만 커피잔에 서빙되었어요. 전체적인 서비스와 맞물려 살짝의 인종차별을 당한 것이 아닌가하는 기분이 들었습니가.
저녁 식사의 경우 직원들의 친절과 서비스는 훌륭했지만, 음식과 음식과의 텀, 계산서를 기다리는 데에는 시간이 조금 걸렸어요.


가구들이 고가구들이어서 열거나 때 부서질까봐 조마조마했지만
그럼에도 멋진 고풍스러운 방이었고, 몇 가지 크게 기분이 안좋았던 점이 있었음에도 불구하고, 호텔과 그곳에서의 숙박은 꽤나 마음에 들었습니다.

I arrived at the hotel about 30 minutes before the official check-in time and was told that my room was not yet ready. I completely understood that I had arrived early, but as this was not something I had commonly experienced, I asked again when there were only about 10 minutes left until 3 pm. However, the receptionist told me that, according to the system, the room was still not ready.

The receptionist seemed a little inexperienced, and as it was approaching 3 pm, I was rather confused that they could only tell me the room was apparently not ready. Another member of staff then came over and said that there was no reason why the room should not be ready. When the original receptionist explained that the system still showed otherwise, the other staff member replied something along the lines of, “You know that’s not always the case. This room wasn’t even vacated today.” After checking, they finally gave me the room key.

By this point, it was already past the official check-in time of 3 pm. I was visiting Interlaken for just one day to relax during a business trip, so I was rather disappointed to have lost some of my limited time dealing with this situation.

Pros:

The location was great close to the train station and the hotel close by hotel interlaken had the best restaurant tavern

Cons:

There were insects. The place was very old and dirty and the lady in the reception was very rude. Was so surprised when i asjed her for water. She said we dont sell water in the reception. The fridge was stinking and rusty and there was insects in the washroom. Images shared. I would not call this 5 star even the 4 star next doors was very clean and the staff were so kind and humble.
