Don’t underestimate this Hotel, staff are very friendly and will come again
Pros:

Perfectly located with lots of original character!

Cons:

The roof top restaurant is the best, we even went to the PRINCIPE DI PIEMONTE for dinner one evening which is a 5*Luxury Hotel and The Palace restaurant was on par with them and even better!

Beautiful hotel with wonderful history.
Pros:

The staff at reception were particularly welcoming. Nothing was too much for them. Even when we had an early departure they ensured we had 2 breakfasts packed and ready for us at 6am.

It was an unforgettable trip, and the Palace Hotel holds a very special place in our hearts.
Pros:

* The Hospitality: Having visited 15 years ago, management incredibly remembered us and welcomed us back with bubbly and a thoughtful gift bag. The long-standing staff (many there 10–20 years) provide flawless, attentive service.
* The Location: Right on the Art Nouveau seafront promenade. Within walking distance to the beach, dining, shopping and transit links for easy Italian sightseeing.
* The Food & Views: The rooftop terrace, bar and restaurant offers breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian Sea and Apuan Alps, fine dining and delicious dishes. The breakfast buffet inside the stunning dining hall was massive and exceeded all expectations.
* The Rooms: Spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with a luxury pillow menu for perfect sleep.
*. The Building: An elegant Hotel embodied with historical charm and beautifully restored to preserve its unique century-old heritage.

Der sehr freundliche Empfang. Guter konstanter Service. Grosse Zimmer mit Meerblick. Fantastische Atmosphäre auf der Terrasse on the Top. Hier fühlt jeder sich wohl.

Struttura molto pulita e lo staff all’interno molto gentile.

Cons:

Devo dire che lo staff che lavora nella reception hanno bisogno di ulteriori capacità nel capire certe complessità che si possono risolvere senza aprire un vaso di Pandora . Semplicemente per una tassa di soggiorno che è stata portata da 2 euro a 3 euro per una differenza di 8 euro a cui potevo benissimo pagare all’hotel, mi è stato chiesto di pagare del tutto e chiedere a Booking il rimborso. Al quanto patetico perché per questione matematiche bastava fare un semplice pagamento di 8 euro. Peccato ! Per il resto il restante dello staff molto cordiale. Vorrei fare i compimenti a tutti quelli che lavorano per servire la colazione. Gentilissimi e professionali. Consigliato assolutamente !
