It was a wonderful hotel for our family! Staff, ambiance and overall environment was exceptional!
Pros:

Location was amazing. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The boutique hotel vibe with the touches of Italian culture was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious! I would absolutely go back and recommend it to anyone visiting Viareggio!

Pros:

Hotellet var bra, personalen var super snälla och hjälpsamma. Frukosten var utmärkt det fanns många allternativ och extra plus till laktosfria produkter. Läget var jättebra. Den är nära tågstationen och det fanns många möjligheter för parkering ifall man ha bil.

Cons:

Rummet var väldigt lyhört och eftersom vi bodde i första våningen så hade vi inte så mycket solljus. Sängen var mycket obekväm.

Over priced and over rated online.
Pros:

Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, good English.

Location was good if you want to be close to the beach, shops, restaurants and the train station.

Nice selection of fresh fruit, juices and tea.

Deco in the common areas are beautiful. Lovely high ceilings in the room.

Cons:

BREAKFAST:
Breakfast was nothing special. Boiled eggs were over cooked, fried eggs undercooked. The sausage was dry and tough to chew.
A greater selection of warm foods would have been welcomed.
I personally would have appreciated to have a little more space between the tables so you could feel more relaxed and enjoy your own space in the morning, speak freely and relax fully.

ROOM:
The room was ok, not worth the money, mold on the walls in the bathroom. The shower was tiny so you couldn't put your arms up to wash your hair without elbowing the glass door or the wall. And I am not a big person.
The toilet system was constantly dripping water that you could hear for a long time after a flush.

Very noisy from some construction work early in the morning right opposite our window.

Day of arrival there was only ONE part used toilet paper so I had to ask for a new one not long after being there.

Dirty quilt, blood stain and yellow marks so I had to ask for that to be changed.

TERASS:
Low tables and chairs so you couldn't make the most of the views whilst eating as the wall was so high.
Again, tight table placing so you really felt like you couldn't speak freely or completely relax.
Could be decorated better to create a more unique vibe and feeling up there.
