Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, es fehlt an nichts. Hausgemachte frische Kuchen. Hierfür und für die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter an Rezeption, beim Frühstück und der supertollen Roof-Top-Bar ein ganz großes Lob!
Vor Ort sehr entspannte Parkplatz-Situation. Lage am Meer perfekt, nur über die Straße und schon ist man am Strand.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung unseres Zimmers war schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Durchgang zum Bad etwas eng. An der Baddecke waren Wasserschäden zu sehen und es tropfte auch leicht durch. Haben wir gemeldet. Wurde sicherlich schon behoben.

Hotels needs renovation
Pros:

Location is good- just in front of the seaside. Staff on reception were very friendly and attentive, they gave very useful instructions about the parking.

Cons:

Hotel needs serious refurbishment. Furniture needs reupholstering- it looks filthy. Wooden furniture is really worn and falling apart. Hotel doesn’t provide iron and iron board. We didn’t know about it and had to go to opera in creased clothes- it was too late to order laundry service..

Amazing experience
Pros:

The staff was incredibly kind. That would make anyone just feel so comfortable and safe. They gave great suggestions for travels. The rooftop was exceptional. The bed is comfy. The food was to die for.

Price was heavy for a solo traveller, still worth it if you are looking to treat yourself

Pros:

Very nice interior, clean, very good breakfast, perfect location for beach of Viareggio.

Cons:

Public parking can be very busy in high season. Having some reserved spots for the guests would be more comfortable. In general very good hotel but still a bit overpriced.

What impressed me the most is that, out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this is one of the very few where the staff genuinely care about making their guests feel welcome and comfortable. It’s not just something they say, it’s reflected in their attitude and in everything they do.
Every single member of the staff we interacted with was absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay.
The food is absolutely phenomenal. The breakfast is excellent (a special thank you to Gabriela, who took great care of us and made our mornings even more enjoyable) and you should definitely try the restaurant’s menu. The octopus was my favorite dish, and the panna cotta was absolutely delicious. I’m really going to miss the place, the people and the food.

Cons:

From start to finish, everything was perfect, and there was nothing I didn’t like.

Perfekter Strandurlaub mit Entspannung mit Möglichkeiten zum Kulturgenuss
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und sehr bemüht z.B. Sektempfang. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig z.B. frisches Obst. Täglich andere Torten. Balkon, Safe, Klimaanlage, Rooftop-Bar, frisches Obst + Wasserflaschen im Zimmer. Genügend Parkplatzmöglichkeit in der Nähe vom Hotel gegen Gebühr. Ruhige Umgebung. Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe.

Cons:

Die tägliche Reinigung hätte ein bisschen besser sein können z.B. Staub unter dem Bett. Nur Kleinigkeiten z.B. der Klorollenhalter gehört fixiert.
Im TV waren nur italienische Sender zu finden. Klimaanlage in der Nacht könnte leiser sein.
