Pros:

L'esthétique du lieu. Le confort de la literie.

Cons:

Pas d'effort pour s'adapter au fait que nous parlons mal l'anglais. Il y a eu un problème avec le stationnement qui devait être réservé et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans la rue.
Sans parler d'une alerte incendie qui a fusillé notre nuit et dont nous n'avons eu aucune proposition d'indemnisation.

Besviken på den totala hotellupplevelsen, inte den standard jag förväntat mig med tanke på priset.
Pros:

Frukosten var bra, men ena dagen sur mjölk.
Dåligt skyltat med laktosfritt alternativ.

Cons:

Duschen fungerade dåligt. Mycket trög kran att öppna. Ingen badrumssmatta. Ingen möjlighet att koka en kopp te på rummet. Inte tillåtet att ta upp en kopp te från frukosten. Dåligt med galgar.

Pros:

Trevligt läge och nära till båtarna över till Stenpiren. Vi bor ofta hor er men sist fick vi på våning 4, vilket var ovanligt. Vi brukar få rum högt upp med balkong och även denna gången hade vi bokat tidigt dvs flera månader innan. Nu har vi bokat 4-6/9 och hoppas då att vi får på våning 6. Mvh Ewa

Börjar bli slitet . Rummen känns inte så lyxiga som andra hotell i den prisklassen!

Stabilt hotell vackert vid vattnet
Pros:

Läget vid vattnet är jättefint. Väldigt trevlig bartender i baren nere.

Cons:

Frukostens uppdukning gjorde det svårt att hitta och upplevelsen blev inte så bra som den kunde ha blivit. Croissanterna borde finnas vid brödet. Shots och smoothies borde finnas vid juicen. Yogurt, fil med mera stod för långt ifrån myslin och nötterna. De borde finnas bredvid varandra. Brieost, keso och skagenröra med mera borde vara tillsammans vid kallskuret. Allt som allt var frukosten rörig.
