Nothing good to say. I had stayed at this hotel ten years ago and there had been no maintenance at all since then.
Building run down, slapped a coat of paint over deteriorating walls, hand rails falling off, had to unplug the microwave to get it to shut off (it was running when we went into the room), burn holes in bed spread, section of the floor peeling up, window to the walkway filthy. Saw a drug deal go down in the parking lot. We didn’t stay, immediately got a refund and went to a chain hotel. I will think twice before booking a Quality Inn now that I realize they are franchises, no standards at all.
The doors to the room was heavy and hard to open my wife could barly pull them open
We had bed bugs in our room !!! We had three rooms the other two were good

Didn’t stay. Requested a refund and found another hotel
Everything! I was afraid to sit my luggage down. Was afraid to sit on the bed. The towels hanging up were already used and visibly dirty! Looking at the building from the highway, I thought it was a condemned building. Very disappointed. They need to shut it down, regut it and rebuild it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there. Only halfway decent part was the bar in the lobby. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Other than that, it’s a poor place to stay. I suggest you find another hotel
I checked in and drove around to where my room was. There was a building in the back that looked like public housing. It had several unsavory looking characters hanging out in front. This building was just behind my room. My room was dark and dingy. The breezeway which led to my room was filled with wit garbage. I check out after an hour and mived to another hotel. Skip this place.
Worst night of sleep or lack of sleep because bed was so sunk in the middle and the room was filthy
Very close to the casino, nice clean pool, they actually have slot machines in the hotel lobby. The bar was spacious and the bartender was very nice. The bed was extremely comfy.
The rooms were very dirty. The restroom smelled like stale urine, in the corners; there was tons of dirt and debris, the floor was so sticky - thank God I brought my slippers, otherwise, there was NO WAY of walking on that floor barefoot!
The rooms were very dirty, coffee makers were not clean and actually had mold. One of the two rooms we had the room number was wrapped off the door the chain locked ripped off the room was supposed to be non smoking it was over powering smell of snake. The stairs were absolutely filthy with piles of trash. The toilet was not bolted to the floor

Room needs updated, which made the room feel dark and unclean. The stairs to the 2nd level were uneven and potentially dangerous.

Hotel & our room looked nothing like it hey did on line. Outside of building was dark red, no hotel signage on building, difficult to find entrance. Our room was in terrible shape. Hoke in laminate flooring with piece sticking up, hole behind bathroom door from being hit by door knob, door missing secure chain, tub stained & plug pulled out, baseboard missing in section by door, hvac unit vent filled with dust ‘ mold. Mold on ceilings, patched areas in ceiling, mattresses on both beds like pancakes & falling over the sides.
This in my opinion is the classic bait and switch. This place is nothing like the pictures. The rooms are filthy, furniture has so many stains your afraid to sit on and the mattress was so lumpy they bulge out the sides. Thank goodness when I travel I bring my own cleaning and room fresheners.
Free breakfast? Yes the pictures show a nice breakfast bar. You are offered toast, waffle and cereal. Oh and an apple.
Even though we were offered an upgrade because our first room was worse. Second not much better.
Unfortunately for me I did not read the reviews before I booked. I sure will next time.
Do your yourself a favor...remember if its to good to be true....it is.

The phone did not work was ripped out the wall had to keep going up and down the stairs to get a hold of staff. the fridge and some of the lights weren't working asked for a new fridge or different room they gave us a fridge with mold in it which we had to wait 45 minutes for. It was not as advertised as in the pictures. The molding was peeling off the walls. Had a hard time entering in and out of the room the handle was not working well to the door. Couldn't enjoy my time with my kids. because you can't check in until 4:00. And then nothing was working right and have to sit around waiting for that and making phone calls and going up and down the stairs. Everything should have been right for our arrival. Very upset about this place was not worth what I paid. And truly surprised that they would rent out a room like this to someone.
