Too expensive for the room we got

Cons:

When we went into the room we seen a spider on the bed. Only two towels and wash cloths in the room. No water pressure in shower. The spa tub handle was broken. I’m sure that’s been reported before and wasn’t fixed. I want recommend it to anyone.

Pros:

It had a really large bed, which was nice because I had to share the bed with my son. It had an ice machine that was free to use. They did have a decent selection for breakfast. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast didn't seem to be real food. What they were passing off as sausages, not proper sausages, and the eggs looked like they were made out of some sort of a powder. The apple juice was completely empty. The staircases, stank. They were nasty. For the staircases, we think either the filters haven't been changed in a long time, or whatever they used to clean the carpets was, I don't know, it's a really nasty smell in those staircases.

Our bedding smelled like Urine and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. We actually had to reshower in the morning because we smelled from the bedding. It’s been a huge deal trying to get ahold of the manager.

This was overall an enjoyable stay!
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, nice bedding. Pool area was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The property is a bit older, the shower in my room could use an update. It took a minute for the hot water to kick in.

Pros:

The price is very reasonable. The room itself is clean and smelled good. I like the shampoo and conditioner. You also get shower lotion.
Overall for the price it was well worth it. And free breakfast.

Wet and unclean
Pros:

Absolutely nothing, worst hotel stay ever

Cons:

The whole hotel was extremely dingey and had a faint cigarette smell. Elevators were extremely sketchy. Room smelled of mildew and was extremely humid but I couldn’t open the window to air it out because it was screwed closed. I felt wet all night from the humidity in the room. The shower was full of hair and didn’t appear clean. There was empty drink bottles left in the mini fridge which means it wasn’t checked or probably even cleaned.
