wish had a tub in room instead of just a shower
The location and breakfast was good.
You can feel the springs in the mattresses. Even when you walk into the room you can see that the mattresses were not good quality as they sunk in the middle. Mattresses need to be good quality and comfortable. Our sleep was not comfortable.
The kitchen staff was unhappy about someone who left the lid for the hot food open...perhaps there needs to be a sign on the lid saying to 'please keep the lid closed'.

Our suite was spotlessly clean, very bright and comfortable as well as private.
The staff were wonderful, cheerful and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.
The breakfast was very good, a good selection of hot foods which was regularly replenished plus a large selection of other items too numerous to mention. Plus there was a selection of hot coffee and teas available 24 hours a day in the front lobby
A special mention to Clarice, a manager. I cannot praise her enough. She was professional, always cheerful, greeting us like old friends, not only making us feel very welcome but went out of her way to help with any little problem such as providing adaptors for our European phones ect.

Our room was cleaned. No clean towels
The suite has a kitchenette with a hot plate.
Several issues. No towels in the bedroom, the AC was broken in my first room, the rooms smell like cigarettes, and the bed is uncomfortable.
The location is good for what I need.
The mattresses were very hard and lumpy. Room 117 The sink in the bathroom was blocked.
