Cons:

Lack of disclosure on signing forms on checkin. That I was asked to initial the normal form on checkin … that will teach me to read first as I signed a clause to say I didn’t want the room serviced …. Really? They charge $450 a night & don’t service the room???
The smoking area … the ashtrays were full on arrival & still hadn’t been cleaned when we left! ☹️

Nice mobby and staff, comfortable room and beds. Loved the outside hot tub.
Pros:

The wood and decorating was nice. The beds were great! Outdoor hot tub was very nice too.

Cons:

Bathroom was very small and there was dirt on the shower curtain. A balcony would have been nice.

Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy there stay in Canmore
Pros:

The property n rooms were fabulous!!! The choice to stay here was the best

Cons:

I hope they would consider putting toasters in there kitchenettes n moving the toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom to a more convenient location

Ich würde das Hotel (insbesondere aufgrund der Lage und des Renovierungsstaus) nicht wieder buchen. Der Übernachtungspre
Pros:

Canmore ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten. Das Hotel (vor allem die Flure) sind sehr renovierungsbedürftig.
Der free coffee zwischen 6 am und 9 on ist klasse.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt zwischen Highway und Bahnstrecke, so dass ein geöffnetes Fenster eher nicht funktioniert.
Über 600 CAD pro Nacht sind trotz Hauptsaison im August 2026 für diese „Leistung“ inakzeptabel.
Beide Rezeptionisten wirkten wenig motiviert.
Die Ankündigung um 13:30 Uhr, das Zimmer sei idR ab 15 Uhr bezugsfertig, wurde nicht eingehalten. Um 15:45 Uhr war es immer noch nicht bereit.

Schickes Zimmer, gute Ausstattung

Cons:

Sauberkeit war wirklich nicht gut. Haare an den Handtüchern, Staub auf Schränken und Bartstoppeln im Bad.
