Pleasant and comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was clean, tidy, and came with a mini-fridge which was perfect for storing our groceries. A huge bonus was that the front desk gave us a complimentary bear spray for our hikes, which we just returned at the end of our stay. This saved us a lot of stress on our first morning.

The hotel offers free parking and our room had a beautiful view of the Three Sisters mountains.

Cons:

The only downsides were that the room did not have air conditioning, and the train passing by at night was quite loud.

I cannot recommend this hotel. Overpriced for what it offers.
Pros:

Not much but the staff were pleasant. Nice view.

Cons:

Two elderly travelers both with mobility issues were in a two story room with no bathroom on the upper level where the bedroom was located. On arrival immediately asked to be accommodated with something else but was told hotel fully booked and impossible to be moved, even though we checked it at 4PM. What else TV’s were poor quality and small and just not worth the price thus hotel charges. Ice machine broken, ONE elevator for four floors.!I could go on but doubt this review will see the light of day.

Waking up to Mountain View!
We were able to leave our car parked after checkout and walked to a nearby bike rental for e-bike ride to Banff. We loved it 😊

Beautiful view!
Pros:

Good location for the one night we needed. Grounds were nice, view was amazing.

Cons:

The bed was up some steep stairs, bathroom and sitting area were downstairs. We didn't realize this until we got to the room. It worked out fine, but I felt like the staff who checked us in should have at least mentioned this since we are a senior couple.

Great location, great property, would highly recommend!!
Pros:

The location was perfect. The room was huge-separate bedroom, sitting room with a couch, chair, microwave, fridge, and table. Nice pool and hot tub and an attached restaurant.
