Hair in the tub. , old bar of soap left in the shower. , dust and cob web in the the room , no air conditioning, a portable air conditioner was in place but set up was wrong , windows that open to wide at floor level where a child could easily fall from the 4th floor

The property is well located
Weak to non functioning air conditioning. Raised concern at front desk and they sent a maintenance person to investy. Maintenance determined the air conditioning was adequate which is false, the result was a very poor rest prior to a travel day. The elevators have no posted inspection certificates or a means of communication, either a phone or an emergency call button. The elevators need serious mechanical attention!

Nobody cleaned, and did not supply clean towels on our 2nd day
Service was poor. I tried calling as we arrived late and I could not get through to the front desk. There were many numbers available online but non were the ones the hotels use. When I indicated that we weren’t able the staff didn’t care. They simply said many people call we can’t care for everyone. Very rude. I will not be going back again
The room was very clean, large, comfortable. The hotel is undergoing renovations and the overall look of the hotel needs updating. I appreciated underground parking and the included small continental breakfast.

What I didn't like was that the bathroom door didn't close properly for privacy. I also assumed booking with booking.com that we had a confirmed reservation only to receive an email to tell us different. Was not as advertised. We were promised a lake view with a kitchenette and what we received was a mountain view with a fridge and a microwave .
Nothing was good consider the following: Food left in fridge, sink tap and shower were plugged, no housekeeping, bird shit by door, filthy windows, not latch on window.
Stay there to find the above.

We appreciated being in town close to the venue we were going to that evening. It was clear that renovations were being done. It was decent value for the charge made.
We were disappointed not to be able to use the tv. We were unable to turn it on (were there instructions we missed?). No one answered the call from the room . I went downstairs (about 10 pm) but there was no one on the desk and I could not get through to anyone at the number posted in the lobby …a little disappointing.
