Harrison Lake Hotel

The hair dryer was broken, the dirty stains on the chair and carpet. The fridge was gross. The hallways on the other floors look disgusting I felt like I was in a skid row hotel

The place had bed bugs, swarms of small flies flew out of the drain in the lobby bathroom when water went in drain. not to mention the condition of the flooring in the hallways. We couldn't put up with these things and went to another hotel. We have contacted you to try to get the cancellation policy of having to pay a fee for cancellation waived.

The property needs major renovation .
The “breakfast included” wasn’t worth it

There is a variety of places to go eat and relax. Walking around the beach and viewing the spectacular scenery.Jet ski rental is available for the adventurous type.

The reviews tell the whole story and to be truthful i believe a vacuum cleaner is very rarely used. Once you book in for a few days they don't want to know you until you check out. It is also a dog friendly hotel and our room plus a friends room showed many signs of dogs toilet habits, plus the hall way

Our stay was very disappointing and unfortunately nothing like what we expected.

The bathroom was extremely dirty, and the toilet was not flushing properly, which made it very uncomfortable and difficult to use. The room itself was also very dirty. The furniture was extremely old and poorly maintained, and the refrigerator was so old and malfunctioning that it was practically unusable, even for storage.

The floors and furniture were dirty, and the bedside drawers were also very unclean. We could not even comfortably put our personal belongings inside them. The pillows were extremely small and not even a normal size. The lighting in the room was also very poor.

Overall, the condition of the room and furniture was far below what we expected. This was a very unpleasant stay, and unfortunately, we would never stay at this hotel again.

Aircon too small portable aircon in the room. Window is even open they dont put anything to cover when they set up the portable aircon. Curtain is not enough to cover the window too.

Rooms were dirty; hallways not vacuumed; air conditioners look like they are falling out the window; cost of rooms were too high for the experience. I understand there are renovations happening but cost should be lower due to this.

It was very run down. The fridge didn’t work in our room, the wallpaper was peeling, carpets were really stained. Thankfully there was an a/c unit in the room but not attached very well to the window.
Hopefully the hotel is in the midst of renovating but probably not going to stay there again until conditions get better.

Under renovation, so the lobby area was quite unappealing and dusty. Parkade had garbage everywhere scattered on the ground, along with a pile of old furniture. Carpets dirty In the hallways, covered in hair and stains. AC worked on and off but not consistently. Lamp shade beside the bed did not work. Sink faucet had pressure issues.

The room was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY hot. There was a portable AC unit. I had to ask for an extra fan. Which made it very noisy in the room The hallway carpets were stained and did not look good. There were ants in the bathroom. The tub was cracked. The toilet made a loud whilstling noise after every flush. The reception desk people weren't very welcoming. The beds were very hard and not comfy.

The place is shit

This hotel is severely dilapidated. The pictures do not match. There is severe water damage in the hallways mould in the bathrooms, countertops falling off you get what you pay for it is disgusting.
