Central
A little bit old and dated.
Our room was on the 4th floor which had been recently updated 😊. A/C worked great, shower was powerful, sheets were clean
Free pass to mineral pool
Carpets and courtyard are very grubby but it appears that they are working on it
Room was dirty, stain on pillow, fridge was dirty, no water in the building for guests not even at breakfast
Unacceptable Conditions and Severe Staff Misconduct – Avoid This Hotel
I had a terrible and unacceptable experience during my stay at this hotel. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that the hygiene standards were non-existent. There were stray hairs and visible stains on the bedsheet, dirty carpets, and noticeable mold inside the room. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit was completely out of order.
When I went down to the front desk to report the broken AC, I was met by a staff member named Akeel. Instead of acting professionally, apologizing, or offering an immediate solution, he literally laughed in our faces. Someone was eventually sent up to inspect the unit, which took another 20 minutes, forcing me to go back down to the desk to follow up. In total, over an hour of our stay was completely wasted trying to get a basic amenity working.
When I directly asked Akeel if they could transfer us to a functional room or if we should just check out, his behavior escalated. He became openly hostile, abusive, and verbally harassed us, using extremely disrespectful and abusive language.
Even after 90 minutes from check-in, management never offered us a room change. Instead, they dismissively told us that if we didn't like it, we could just leave. Given the filth, the complete lack of hospitality, and the blatant verbal abuse, we had no choice but to leave the property.
The hygienic conditions are unacceptable, and the behavior of the front desk staff was disgraceful. Management urgently needs to address their hiring standards, enforce basic hygiene protocols, and conduct serious training in professional conduct and conflict resolution. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

The front desk staff was very accommodating. We didn't like the first room they gave us. They were kind enough to switch our room.
The hotel is run down and very dirty. I know they are in the process of renovating but that's no excuse for neglecting cleanliness. The coffee maker cord wouldn't reach the outlet so you had to put it on the floor to plug it in. There was no pen and pad in the room, nor was there a box of tissues.
Nothing went well, completely horrific hotel
Disgusting horrendous hotel and should be shut down for so many violations including everything in the room was not fit for a dog to stay in, horrible mattress, loud squeak when you moved, bathroom was small and disgusting, ceiling fan not working , ceiling's were filthy, fridge froze everything and drip noise at night, armoire closet was falling apart . Free breakfast served cold omelets and rudest man serving, no juice after first jug was put out, we walked out and went somewhere else for breakfast . Rude staff. Horrible stay. I would not even stay ever again even if free. Why is this place still open, it should be shut down. In my 60 years of age , I have never stayed at a worse hotel. I would not even recommend my ex to stay here.
Harrison Lake Hotel is a total dump. It's unimaginable that it is still open. Doesn't BC have health and safety inspectors? Anywhere in the U.S., this place would have been shut down instantly. The carpet had paint and blood stains. The "breakfast included" did not include any actual food after the initial morning rush of visitors. The staff was entirely inadequate in training, professionalism, and numbers. Local authorities need to step in and rectify this catastrophe. This hotel is a huge black eye for Harrison Hot Springs tourism.
The place was very niece
nothing the place was fine
The property is well located
Weak to non functioning air conditioning. Raised concern at front desk and they sent a maintenance person to investy. Maintenance determined the air conditioning was adequate which is false, the result was a very poor rest prior to a travel day. The elevators have no posted inspection certificates or a means of communication, either a phone or an emergency call button. The elevators need serious mechanical attention!
Clean and tidy
