Great pool
Pros:

I picked this hotel bc of the full size pool and location by the lake with swiming access. Beutiful outdoor area to hang and swim.

Cons:

My room was one those  "garden wiew" rooms. Those are at the side and back, overlooking aircon units, domes and fire exits, no garden in sight. I would go for a lake wiew room.  The only openable window was the sliding door, but with no bug schreen. This hotel room and the first floor areas are a bit damp and moldy, normal in this climate. Us mold sensitive like to sleep with an open  window, which was not possible, there are bugs.

Meget godt værelse med balkon og søudsigt. Morgenmad fin. Interessant, at man kunne tage skib fra hotellets bådebro til Orta m.fl.

Jeg har i min vurdering ikke medtaget en særdeles dårlig oplevelse i restauranten. Vurderingen er således alene en vurdering af hotellet som sådan. Vi fik først maden serveret efter ca. 2 timers ventetid, og så havde de helt glemt at servere den bestilte hvidvin. Som kompensation fik vi to glad rødvin på husets regning. Vi bemærkede to naboborde, som fik serveret anden mad end bestilt, som så måtte tages ud igen. Vi var så heldige at tjeneren undervejs og bad os bekræfte, hvad vi havde bestilt. Maden smagte godt, men den var ikke bestilt som natmad. Utvivlsomt den dårligste service jeg har oplevet på en restaurant.

Das Frühstücksbuffet & die Kaffeebar waren hervorragend, sehr reichhaltig & mit einer grossen Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns perfekt. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen & können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Fabulous location, on lago d’orta
Pros:

Fabulous location, right on the lake and with a pool. Restaurant and bar onsite. Next to a camping with a couple of other dining options within walking distance.

Cons:

The doors slammed shut, as they were very heavy and subsequently made a lot of noise. Borrowing an iron to iron a shirt was not possible. They found a solution - having a staff member iron it for us, but that was a bit unusual and unexpected.

Der Empfang war sehr, sehr nett von der Hotelmanagerin. Die Lage war super toll. Der Außenbereich war auch sehr schön. Der junge Mann am Kiosk war der Hammer super nett und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer für den Preis zu teuer. Der Pool war grün. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir den Pool nicht benutzen. Das Frühstück war nicht so toll viele Fliegen beim Käse Avocado . . Die Hygiene hätte ein bisschen besser sein können. Das Hotel sollte ein bisschen renoviert werden.
