Romantico e rilassante
Pros:

Colazione fantastica, mista, con attenzione alle intolleranze alimentari (lattosio).
Ottima posizione , Bar comodo in piscina , accesso al lago diretto dal giardino della Struttura.
Accesso alla passeggiata lungolago ottima.
Ristorante annesso all’hotel davvero valido con vista lago e personale attento ai dettagli e alle esigenze del cliente.

Cons:

Alcune finitiure della camera da rivedere e bagno poco insonorizzato.

Kurzaufenthalt am Ortasee
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, Zimmer mit Seeblick und Poolblick war einmalig. Wir hatten das Zimmer 225, sehr großes Zimmer mit schönem Balkon. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Wir haben draußen gesessen zum Frühstück bei bestem Wetter. Der Garten und der direkte Zugang zum See sowie die Sonnenliegen mit frischen Badetüchern waren perfekt.
Die Anbindung an das Schiff, fährt direkt vom Hotel ab, sowie zum Zug ist auch sehr gut, wenn man nicht mit dem Auto fahren möchte. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Pros:

Tout était parfait ! L’emplacement au bord du lac d’Orta, la grande piscine, la chambre spacieuse avec balcon et vue sur le lac, le calme, le restaurant avec des plats délicieux et le bar au bord de l’eau, le personnel très agréable et pro… la proximité d’Orta san Giulio à 5 min de voiture… bref c’est un excellent établissement

Great find on the water's edge in Orta.
Pros:

A last minute booking and what a great surprise, so much so that we even decided to stay an extra night. Fantastic location right on the water's edge. The Hotel has SUPs, pedalos and kayaks that can be rented, which was perfect. We had a lake side view room, well worth the supplement. Breakfast and dinner was great too. The lovely, joyful and helpful staff made our stay perfect. I would return to this hotel without hesitation. Grazie mille to all the staff.

Pros:

la taille de la chambre, la vue sur le lac magnifique, chambre en surplomb et donc sans voisins, l'équipement de la chambre, le choix unilatéral des vins par un maître d'hôtel pour le mois atypique, le personnel aux petits soins, le parking très accessible

N'a pas aimé · les moustiques empêchant de dîner dehors, terribles, y compris à l'intérieur, un traitement s'impose, le changement du vin choisi au repas par le maître d'hôtel, qui ne prévient pas et décide unilatéralement, il fut changé sans difficulté sur notre demande, la qualité juste suffisante du repas au vu de son prix

franchement difficile à dire, peut-être l'équipement de la chambre, comme un rasoir, j'avais oublié le mien, un chausse pied, des détails de cette nature, mais on ne les trouve plus dans les établissements 4 étoiles

Lake paradise
Pros:

Wonderful place by the lake Orta. Super helpful staff (specially Marco). Kanos, paddleboards and tennis was fun. Great pool area.

Cons:

Aircondition was not working this early of year, but Marco fixed it with portable AC.

Der Ausblick war toll, die Außenanlage sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ein schöner Ort zum Abschalten.

Cons:

Manche Dinge wie der Tennisplatz aber auch im Hotel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber nichts desto trotz alles sehr sauber.
