The bathrooms were bad. The water reeked of metal and made it unbearable to shower. There was also no ceiling in the hallways, but there were people actively working on the wiring

For the first time, I encountered cockroaches in hotels in the USA. There were even some in the microwave.

The room was filthy. Honestly I did not even want to stay there. The hallway ceilings were ripped out and everything was dirty. The room had dirty towels, peoples hair, stains on the carpet, I could keep going.

How dirty it was the room had bugs and dirty counters the bathtub look awful there were not panels on the ceiling so I could see all the wires my smoke alarm kept going off and malfunctioning once at 1am

25 minute waiting for man at front desk??? Other people waiting too. Quiet time is 9 yet at 10:15 some little kid running and yelling up and down the halls. Dim lighting in room and small tv

The whole damn thing . It was disgusting. Roaches everywhere. Moldy bathroom. The hallways were under constructions.

I did not get the room I paid for. Cockroaches in the first room. Electrical outlets in the bathroom and half of the main room did not have power. The beds were as hard as the floor. The front desk was not friendly and rude when I asked for what was told me the night before.

The room was very dated. I couldn’t tell if they were mid renovation or they were finished. The sink and mirror in the bathroom was really nice, but then the rest of the bathroom was banged up, paint peeling, tub extremely discolored, drop ceiling mix matched and poorly done. The room had newer furniture but with a lot of old worn out details. There were really big cobwebs in the corners by the window area. There was a stale odor in the room. I don’t know if I became nose blind to it or just turning the A/C on fixed it. My biggest issue was I just assumed there would be usb ports in the lights or something to charge our phones. So after a day at six flags I had to go out to buy a charger. There isn’t much around. The first $ general I went to was no longer in business. I had to drive 15-20 to another one. I know thats not their fault I didn’t bring a charger block, but also I feel by 2026 a usb port is something every person will need more so than a room phone or complimentary blow dryer. If they don’t want to supply them, it would be nice if they had them in a vending machine for a reasonable price.

It is in middle of nowhere. The breakfast area was extremely crowded and small. I didn't like it. Do you have to use your room card? In order to get in out of the room, I felt like this could create some hazard in emergency. I understand locking it outside the hours of operation. I also did not like drop ceiling in a bathroom. It looks like they try to update some stuff, but not everything. I felt like that part could create some mold and melted issue, which you can tell it was doing it.

The tubs are filthy and outdated they have a very high step to get into shower. I have stayed there 3 times within the last 2 months due to location of where I was visiting & each stay the tub was dirty. Maybe get walk in showers instead of tubs

Needs an update , but with updates price goes up
