Paid 100 bucks to give myself a respiratory infection
Pros:

The bathtub was nice to soak in, and the room layout was pleasant, check in was easy and the parking lot is easy to enter and exit.

Cons:

Hotel is very dated and not very clean at all. Debris all over floor, peeling wallpaper and black mold in shower area. There was a fan to separate the partition between bedroom and living room (king suite) and it was CAKED in hair and dust, absolutely disgusting. TVs are hilariously small, and bedroom TV had a massive burn-in mark right in the center. The security lock was missing its bottom bolt, rendering it completely useless. The shower door fell off the hinges while I was showering.

I will never stay here again!
Pros:

The location was perfect anywhere we went. It was less than an hour away.

I will give a shout out to the house, cleaners, and the employees who start breakfast every morning.

Cons:

I was dissatisfied with the daily service of eggs and sausage. The waffle machine and your dryer were both out of order. The outdoor area was unclean. Additionally, my A/C unit was not maintained, and maintenance did not address it, sleeping in a hot room for 2 days, so I checked out early.

Awful .. nothing went right.
Pros:

Nothing Really … worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel

Cons:

Having a room that damaged… 1st fridge leaking water all over the floor, sink clogged wouldn’t drain, tv wasn’t working, ice machine on our floor broken had to go up to the third floor to get ice. Nothing about this stay was good. Promises that a manager would call never happened til day of check out.

Overall nice place
Pros:

I liked the location. Easy to find and get to from where I needed to be.

Cons:

Lots of pot heads leaving a skunk trail everywhere, I know you can't control that, but the pool area was overwhelmingly toxic with chlorine. So much so I couldn't even pass thru it to work out in the room because I had to walk thru the pool area to get to it.

Pros:

The staff was really nice and pleasant. Their breakfast was pretty good for a hotel.

Cons:

The room had mold in the bathroom. Wallpaper falling off the wall in the bathroom. The corner of the floors in the bathroom or dirty with dirt pile up on it. One of the beds had hair in the sheets, and had stains on it. The hotel is fully booked so there was no different rooms as an offer.

Good location in Denver
Pros:

Comfortable, clean, and helpful staff. The hot tub was a good temperature for my young child. The room was very spacious and having a fridge and microwave was very useful. They allowed us an early check in which was invaluable with our red eye flight coming in.

Cons:

The laundry machine and detergent dispenser could be updated. Both machines only use quarters, so you have to exchange money at the front desk. However, even when using the quarters for the laundry detergent dispenser, it would just eat the money and not dispense anything. Staff had to manually give me detergent for us to do laundry. Maybe updating the machines and dispensers to accept card?

meh, nice amount of space but really needs a deep clean
Pros:

great room layout and lots of space, great pool, great breakfast

Cons:

the bathroom was not very clean and needed a deep clean, the front lobby chairs were disgustingly dirty
