We were happy with the room.
Pros:

The hot tub and pool was great. The room was really big. The beds were nice. There were enough towels.

Cons:

Not enough pillows for the pull out couch is all I can think of negative. Everything else was good.

Disappointed to say the least
Cons:

This hotel does not look like the photos. Got there after booking online & came up to my room with dirty bedding & towels. Obvious that the maid didn’t do her job and just fixed up the room to make it look like she changed sheets, bedding & towels. They definitely did not as there was someone else’s hair on the bed & the bathroom towels, floors did not look mopped or cleaned. Very disappointed. Asked for a refund that I’m still waiting on by the way. & booked another hotel.

Pros:

Didn't get to find out if the breakfast was good or not closed it down at 9 AM. on vacation I like to slow down a little bit and not get up quite as early. 10 AM Cut off time would be a better option.

Would stay again but wish it was cleaner
Pros:

The staff were amazing! Especially the young man that worked the front desk last night ! Super poliet !!!

Cons:

I paid extra for a room with a soaking tub. The jets did not work and the tub was dirty. The shower was dirty as well.
My daughter cut her foot really bad in the pool and the front desk was unable to locate any bandaids. (Although he did apologize!!)

Pros:

The size of the room was great! Loved that the TV was direcTV with a menu option. Coffee was tastey and the breakfast was nice. Will stay here again.

Cons:

Small elevator. Our bathroom sink didn't drain and would fill very fast.

La atención fue muy mala experiencia pagamos por dos noches salimos a recorrer la ciudad y al llegar nos dimos cuenta que no había nada en la habitación limpiaron y botaron según ellos todas nuestras cosas ropa cargadores maquillaje productos de aseo personal fue muy frustrante cuando fuimos hablar para preguntar que pasó dudaron de nosotros diciendo que necesitaba pruebas después des unas horas nos ofrecieron una noche gratis nos rendimos y nos íbamos cuando nos dicen que encontraron nuestras cosas no se disculparon no volvería jamás a este hotel

Pros:

Everything was clean, the staff was helpful, the facilities were great.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't great, the eggs tasted powdered and sometimes they didn't have yogurt or decaf, but it was clean and they kept cold water in the lobby.

The in room fridge also froze all my stuff so I couldn't eat salad at all (frozen) and it limited my meals a bit.
