the state of the room, was put on second floor when i requested main floor, then we had to move. stains on blankets, found used band aid on floor!!! room not cleaned properly!!

Cons:

Une toilette ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée dans une des deux chambres et mes tantes ont dû refaire leur bagage et changer de chambre. Toutefois, le personnel a réagit très rapidement suite à notre demande. Dans l’autre chambre, le robinet de la salle de bain était difficile à ouvrir et le rideau de douche était un peu sale dans le bas. Aussi à notre arrivée il faisait très froid dans les chambres, donc les draps étaient glacials.

It was beautiful and I love the table and chairs that were set up in the hall ways, because the hallways were wide and well decorated .

Cons:

I would of liked a bathtub better than an enclosed shower, but it was fine.

I would not stay here again.

Cons:

Cleanliness of bathroom. It smelled of mildew. Whole room therefore smelled.
The open design of the hallway. People are eating breakfast there, gathering etc while others are trying to sleep steps away.

Very disappointed with the pricing
Pros:

Breakfast offered good variety but only cut up fresh fruit on 2 days. The breakfast area was much too small for number of guests. Breakfast staff were good!

Cons:

I booked online for 4 nights at a price of around $200.00 per night and the hotel changed the prices to higher than $350.00 per night for 2 of the nights! Our room was small - only one chair and the desk chair. Not comfortable for spending the evening in. We had to cut our trip short because we had not budgeted for $1,400.00 for only 4 nights.

Bien dormi mais ouff pour la propreté

Cons:

La chambre était au 2e étage, aucun ascenseur, le corridor pour monter puait énormément. Les chambres tellement mal insonorisés, nous avons tout entendu toute la nuit. La salle de bain tellement petite que se changer était difficile. Il y avait des cheveux au sol de la salle de bain à notre arrivée. Les fenêtres étaient archi sales.

Great experience!
Pros:

We initially had a room with a bathroom that had some issues. We called the front desk and they came to the room right away and switched our room to make sure we were happy. I really appreciated that they cared enough to make our experience a good one.

Cons:

The first room had some issues with the bathroom, but this was sorted out quickly and we switched rooms, so this wasn’t really an issue.
