Had a great sleep very comfortable beds and pillows
Pros:

Not the best could have had more varieties of food like muffins different kinds of breads

Room wall dirty full of black scuff marks. Wallpaper peeling from wall. huge crack in ceiling with visible water stains and damage. Peeling caulking in bathroom sink. Sink countertop not cleaned properly. Full of water stains. Thin towels. rust and stains marks on bathtub bottom. The place needs a make over. shameful for the price they charge.

Pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Lovely staff. Overall, we were happy with our stay :)
Pros:

The lobby environment and rooms were very nice. It was great to have a room that was quiet!! The first floor tends to be loud; people running, screaming, doors banging.

Cons:

The room was lovely, but the bathroom was dated. The bathroom ceiling paint was all peeled. I know we were put there because we have 2 small dogs, but we're still paying the asking price and shouldn't be relegated to older rooms. We take care with our dogs and honestly, they're cleaner than some guests!

Location was close to an event that I was attending. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful! It was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Would certainly entertain staying here again if in the area.

I liked the location to a supper spot and also to the venue we were attending in the evening.

Cons:

The breakfast ( hot foods) needs some attention. My only fault was that the hot food was not hot. The scrambled eggs were warm, I felt the sausages were undercooked , pale in color not browned at all and although in a food warmer like the eggs, the bacon and sausages were cold. Did not enjoy cold breakfast foods that should be served warm.

A bus full of people descended on the breakfast room. The frazzled attendant fould not keep everything stocked.

8 bikers doing the confederation trail.
Staff were awesome helping us store our bikes, blow up our tires, took group photo in AM, nicest young men I ever met. Good on you finding such great employees.

We were very unhappy with the size of room. There was not any room for both of our suitcases comfortably:
The location was good. We understood there were laundry facilities on the premises. This was not true.
