The service was polite, courteous and very friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean, well furnished and comfortable.

Great location for attending a wedding nearby. Executive room was spacious and comfortable - the bed was really good. Hooray for a dressing table/desk with a large mirror above! The iron and ironing board came in handy too. Having an ajoining room with our (adult) daughter was great! Having contacted the property beforehand, we were able to pay a little extra for a super early check in, which made the logistics of getting ready for a 12pm wedding so much easier. I was also given the number for a local taxi firm which made getting too and from the wedding venue stress free. All in all, everything was great.
There were no gripes. Decaf tea option would have been fab, but that's not the end of the world!

Room 3 is freezing cold. The carpet is worn out. The hotel clearly know it’s a problem as they left an oil heater in there but it only helped a little bit. I do not recommend this room.
