Comfy, quirky room in bustling city centre
Pros:

Quirky new interior design in an old building with sloping floors. Very comfy bed and rain shower with good quality bath products. They have a lift but also stairs to get to rooms.

Cons:

Taxi driver at the station refused to take me to the hotel. Cars are not allowed in that street I think. It was a steep uphill walk at night but the city was still alive.

Good location, decent rooms
Pros:

Good check in from the staff who were very helpful. The hotel is in a great location right in the lace market area and close to many places to eat and drink. The room was comfortable and clean.

Given the price and that we paid a little extra to upgrade the bed size I would have expected the room to be slightly bi

Location was perfect. Staff was lovely and the room was clean

Cons:

The room itself was tiny. You had to squeeze to get past the bed to get to the dressing table and other side of the room.

It was nice and affordable with a gym in the hotel. Although, I did not like the smell of the room

I’d go again but only for convenience and with a cheaper rate due to my experience I have photos that I sent at the time
