Food delivered in the bar was way below standard. Chicken supreme was delivered and covered an exact 50% of the plate. All the food pushed to the one side. Chicken was over cooked. Chips and goujons burnt. Complained to manager and cost was refunded.
Added cost of underground carpark of €40 for stay.
Leisure Center closed at 7.30pm at weekends complete non-sense.

Spent a nice 3 days at this hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Swimming pool facilities good so overall a great 3 nights

Ein tolles City Hotel für alle, die gerne komfortabel und zentral wohnen wollen.
Pros:

Am besten war die Lage mit Blick auf den Fluss. Zimmer mit Balkon war super. Hotel innen sehr schön gestaltet.

Cons:

Servicepersonal beim Frühstück könnte etwas freundlicher sein.

Overall our stay was excellent and I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The accessible room was very good. Food was really good in restaurant.

Cons:

The hand soap in the accessible room's bathroom at the sink is too high for someone in a wheelchair. We were there for the ladies international match and I asked when we arrived about getting a taxi to Pairc Ui Chaoimh. I was told it would only take a few minutes to both get a taxi and also to get to the stadium. Unfortunately this was not the case. I would suggest that the staff should be aware of both the traffic and the business of the taxies on such occasions.

Lovely hotel, staff was extremely nice and friendly. Breakfast was lovely also
