Perfectly central hotel and lovely staff and beautiful room.
Pros:

the location of the Hotel was perfect. the room was amazing. All of the staff i came in contact with were friendly and professional. the was an incedent in the bar with another customer and the care and attention shown to the couple was exceptional.

Cons:

I was directed to the self checkin by signs in the lobby on my arrival. It was quick and easy to use, but I would have prefered the personal touch. this was my mistake and not your.

Cork was a great disappointment. May have been a great city once, but now seems sad and threatening.
Pros:

Within walking distance of restaurants (and river). Very good location...

Cons:

So many homeless people sleeping rough just nearby... Give it a miss and go to Cobh.

Cons:

Needs repainting in rooms breakfast was 30£ for two and there was nothing available at 10 o’clock in morning no bread no fry up no milk I had watermelon and grapefruit juice was told it was coming I was there 20 minutes nothing came as for the smell of piss outside probably not there fault just the homeless people overall very disappointed

Really good stay in Cork
Pros:

Location and size of rooms were great. The facilities on offer are good.

Cons:

The room we had was lovely but sadly the bathroom was not clean. As we got there late and only spent one night we didn’t really notice till the morning after. Reported to reception and we were given some money off.
