Everything was great, and all the staff were very friendly, especially the one who served us breakfast on our last day. Their warm and attentive service made our stay even more enjoyable.
However, we noticed that the shower floor becomes very slippery when wet. It would be nice if there were a grab handle to hold onto or an anti-slip mat inside the shower to improve safety.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the design the decor and very clean , staff were amazing so friendly and helpful , will definitely be returning in the future.

Nice hotel, good location but avoid the restaurant for food.
Pros:

Hotel very comfy and relaxing. Gym and pool were good and staff were super friendly down there

Cons:

The service in the Globe restaurant was poor. Waited over an hour for the food even though it was quiet in there. Then one of waitresses blamed the food we picked for the reason, rather than holding their hands up and saying the order wasn’t processed. Very disappointing.

Without great location , not sure i would come back for the hôtel

“Great location, right in the city center, very convenient for getting around. The staff is particularly welcoming and pleasant

Cons:

However, having stayed here about ten years ago, I find the hotel is starting to show signs of age. The room was noisy and the comfort left something to be desired.
I was hoping for improved service or an upgrade compared to my previous stay, which wasn’t the case.”

Lovely Hotel
Pros:
