Few improvements needed, overall was ok
Pros:

Good location and got a balcony which was nice

Cons:

The room was freezing when we arrived , called reception to change it, shower was also broken . The water was leaking out of the hose.

Expensive hotel and unpleasant interaction with the receptionist

The location was great, breakfast was ok, rooms were clean. The breakfast staff was really kind

Cons:

I’ve never been treated this way by a reception staff before. Paying that much for a hotel I expect at least kind service. Debbie at the reception was passive aggressive from the start of the conversation. When I didn’t understand what she asked about she was adding snarky comments - for example about surnames for the rooms booked. She did not show us where is the breakfast, anything about the pool, how to validate the ticket. When I said she could have shown us where is the machine she said they want to teach their guests how to use technology. I don’t know if it’s because of the language barrier or whatever reason but it was very unpleasant interaction, one I would never expect from a hotel with 4 stars. About the facilities - you can see they are a bit worn out, stains on the carpet.

Proche du centre, pratique mais trop cher, impersonnel et à la propreté à revoir.
Pros:

Emplacement en plein centre, parking à proximité

Cons:

Le tarif est excessif au vu de la prestation. Malgré la présence de personnel derrière le guichet, l'arrivée et le départ se font uniquement sur borne automatique, sans aucun contact humain. De plus, la propreté laisse à désirer. Le rapport qualité/prix est très décevant.

Séjour très agréable dans une ville attachante
Pros:

Hôtel de grand confort très bien situé le long de la rivière et à proximité du centre ville avec parking privé.
Grande chambre très confortable (literie et équipements chambre et salle de bains).
Très bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Restaurant décevant le soir pour un prix relativement élevé !

Decepcionante
Cons:

La ubicación, el hotel está al lado de lo que parece un centro de ayuda social dónde entregan comida a personas. Eso provocó una sensación de inseguridad dado que se quedaban en la puerta del centro, pegado a la ventana de nuestra habitación, gritos y discusiones entre ellos dado que muchos estaban borrachos, además de tirar las bolsas de comida que les daban. Da una mala imagen en relación a limpieza de la calle y nos provocó una sensación de inseguridad, sobretodo a última hora de la tarde y noche. Otra cosa que no nos gustó es q al hacer el check in no nos informaron que se podía reservar el desayuno con un descuento el día anterior, con lo que al día siguiente no pudimos disfrutar del descuento y el desayuno era muy caro.

Spacious quiet room in a central location
Pros:

large comfortable room in a central location, next to the river but away from noisy streets with bars. Our room looked out onto the central atrium/seating area (inside view) which was unusual but meant it was quiet and the room stayed dark.

Cons:

We used the pool early morning but as swimmers were doing lengths it wasnt really a pool for a family. Its unfortunate that the car park reduced rate only allows for one entry and exit as would've liked to have had the flexibility to go out early morning, return, and then go out again in the evening (it was possible but you pay the overnight rate twice)

Fantastic hotel.
Pros:

Hotel was very well presented. Everyone was friendly. Room was lovely, and the location was superb.

Cons:

I booked a balcony room which I thought came with a bath tub as it showed one in the pictures, but we jist had a shower.
