Very good but overpriced
Pros:

Very comfortable and good facilities.
Aircon was a life saver in current heatwave 👍

Cons:

A bit overpriced.
Having to pay €12 for overnight parking on top of a hefty €237 rate for one night.

This is a great hotel in the heart of Cork. Great facilities and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Good position but not the best forbthe price
Pros:

I liked the hotel position and the design .

Cons:

The mattress was very cheap quality, only with the power of one hand I was pushing the mattress to the bottom. The springs was so used or low quality. And I didn't like the breakfast choice . Not much choice for the price we paid. I was expecting more for the amount of 470 euro , for two nights with breakfast .

Cost of food and drink in bar was very ecpensive. Charging €8 for a pint of Orchard thieves is outrageous.

The location is perfect, it was very quiet and comfortable, staff extremely friendly and attentive.
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. I was sharing with my parents and we had plenty of room. They would've liked a hand rail in the shower as they are elderly. However, the whole experience was great and we will definitely return.

Only that there was no hand rails in the shower.

Great location! Comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The first room we were given definitely needed a bathroom overhaul, but staff were accommodating and offered us a different room.
