The apartments & Connacht Cruiser are serviced by our Accommodations team for guests staying over 5 nights only. Met expectations, I recommend for what it is - a busy large modern hotel.
Pros:

It's a large, busy hotel but very clean, efficiently run and staff was attentive and friendly.

Cons:

There is limited parking in front of the hotel, had to park in the rear which is a longer walk.

Great place to stay outside but close to Galway.
Pros:

The rooms were very comfortable, and the breakfast and coffee were excellent. The bar area provided a relaxing atmosphere for socializing, and even with several tour groups staying at the hotel, the space never felt crowded or overwhelming.

Nice hotel close to Galway City Center!
Pros:

Very attractive property, free underground parking

Cons:

The layout is a little confusing, also in the morning the fire alarm kept going off

Everyone was lovely and so kind spoken Easter bunny was such a cute touch and the kids had best time in the pool qw ordered food watched movies had an amazing time for the most part

Cons:

We had called ahead and said we had a newborn they provided nowhere for him to.sleep they gave us a hard mattress cot ment for older toddlers that could be dangerous for him offered to sort it we waited all night and nobody came with an alternate we followed up twice I ended up just staying up watching him sleep on the big bed everyone else was very nice but one make concierge that made us feel like we were being a problem for wanting a safe place for our baby wed have happily brought our own had we known theyd no bed for him

Schöne Parks, gutes Frühstück, große Zimmer, großes Schwimmbad, schöne Anlage, gute Infrastruktur, Bushaltestelle und Nahversorger gleich in der Nähe

Cons:

Leider kann man die Fenster nur einen Spalt öffnen, Toilettenbürste erst auf Anfrage, in der Küche gab es keine Heschirrtücher und keine Schere.
