Pool area, location, cleanliness of room. Magician at dinner

Cons:

Family rooms had an inflatable mattress to sleep on which we didn’t anticipate when we booked. TV didn’t work the duration of the trip. Food in bar was low/average

Lovely way to finish a fortnight travelling around Ireland

Good facilities - pool, steam room etc were very good

Pros:

Stayed with my daughter and two grandchildren for 2 nights. Bustling with tourists but never took away from service of the staff.

Cons:

Maybe a little more signs for direction to certain areas. Hotel is huge and I got lost twice on way back from pool.

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was lovely

Cons:

Had asked for late check out when booking was told could get to half 2 just to pay when checking in. When we went to pay when checking in they said this was unavailable and they don’t do late check outs after showing the message the eventually gave us a late checkout till 1 o’clock

All the staff were exceptional. Especially the young fella Anthony serving tables at the bar. We had a bit of craic out of him he was very nice 👍
