Good but bathroom smelly
Pros:

Really handy hotel for groups. Room was grand (triple room). Beds comfy and overall clean. Didn't do breakfast we just got scones and tea at the coffee shop there. Busy hotel but managed well.

Cons:

Smell from the bathroom sink/drains was horrible.

Over all a very nice stay
Pros:

The breakfast was nice, the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were lovely, the bed was lovely and comfortable to sleep in, very cosy. The residence bar was nice also.

Cons:

Didn't like that there was no trays to carry the food down to the table, as could only carry so much with two hands. The breakfast was a bamberie, so the food wasn't very hot to eat, would prefer to sit down and order breakfast at the table.
