The space and staff were good but it was a bit dirty and some of the other guest made the experience ok

Everyone was nice, everything was clean, breakfast was made very well!

The bathtub faucet dripped our entire stay even when it was off, so it was hard to sleep.

Para una noche entre vuelos estuvo muy bien. La habitación espaciosa y muy limpia. El personal muy amable y atento. Y tienen un shuttle que te deja y recoge del aeropuerto gratis, lo que hace muy sencillo el traslado.

Cons:

Aunque no tiene restaurante. Tiene máquinas dispensadoras de snacks y puedes pedir comida a domicilio de restaurantes de comida rápida cercanos. Igualmente puedes caminar hacia algunos de estos restaurantes que están en el área.

I was treated well and had a comfortable stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Lots of selection and it was fresh and hot. The room was clean and comfortable and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the windows were large. The bathroom was well stocked with towels, face cloths, lotion and shampoo/conditioner. I appreciated a later than standard check out time of noon.

Cons:

The AC didn't work in the room, making it warmer than I like. The TV had very limited options (only local TV channels), I would expect the ability to at least mirror the screen from my phone to stream what I would like to watch. The shower pressure was pitiful. The curtains let in lots of light even when closed.

Smell like cannabis . No full disclosure that they are shelter for First Nations community. First floor not clean. Staff unhelpful .

Pros:

Breakfast is good.. location not sure.

Cons:

First night it was scary as on the shuttle bus we had accompanied intoxicated guy. We stayed on 4th floor, it was loud that night, i heard people fighting and banging the door.
Second day was ok but because we came home late.
But the 3rd day of our stay, housekeeping didn't clean our room. I called the frontdesk but no action taken, there were busy, i don't know why but maybe the service is slow.
I asked if I can do laundry, and willing to pay but they said I am not allowed. This is my first to encounter that the hotel has not allowed their guest to do laundry, only to certain people.
