Pros:

Personnel très agréable et serviable. Hotel rapport qualité prix impeccable. Satisfaits de notre séjour de 2 nuits. Service de restauration sur place midi et soir. Une petite terrasse extérieure. Parking privé sinon pas de problème pour se garer aux alentours

Aspiration des textiles pour enlever les acariens

Service client impeccable, pas de publicité mensongère accès aux équipements comme convenu

Cons:

Je me permets de faire un commentaire sur le nettoyage des textiles car je suis allergique aux acariens et dès que je suis entrée dans la chambre mes symptômes sont apparus (éternuements, nez qui coule, gonflements..).
Le service client est parfait mais il convient d'aspirer tous les textiles avec un aspirateur puissant pour bien éliminer les acariens et protéger les personnes sensibles comme moi.

Pros:

There was a secret unlock door in the hotel room which is very strange and uncomfortable because everyone could get in our room without key. There is a problem with the windows and they can’t open, it was like unsecured grot!!
Very bad!! Don’t choose this hotel!

Genauso wie erwartet. 24h-checkin ein Pluspunkt.
Pros:

Für mich lag das Hotel optimal, nahe am Stadtzentrum und gut zu erreichen. Es hat meine Erwartungen als erholsame Bleibe für eine Nacht erfüllt. Ich war froh, dass es einen 24h-check-in gab. Ich habe gut geschlafen und auch das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Ein paar Fugen im Bad müssten mal erneuert werden.

Séjour agréable mise à part l'incident du muffin.
Pros:

Chambre propre, calme, spacieuse et bien équipée.

Cons:

J'ai acheté sur place un muffin chocolat à 6,5 euros qui faisait 1,5 cm de diamètre.Le réceptionniste ne m'a même pas prévenu de la petite taille de ce gâteau, pourtant je lui avait dit que j'avais faim. J'ai payé sans contester et je suis allé me coucher en ayant toujours faim.
En repartant je me suis arrêté dans une station service d'autoroute où il y avait des muffin au chocolat à 3 euros et 10 fois plus grand.
Je veux bien payer plus cher à l'hôtel mais pour un gâteau digne de ce nom. Là c'est franchement du foutage de ................. !
