Very friendly staff, nice spa and great cocktails. Breakfast was good, and overall atmosphere is very cosy.
The room was fantastic! It was by far the nicest room of the four 4 star hotels we stayed in during our trip. We statyed in Geneva, Lucern and Wengen.
We were not able to get a fine dining reservation. I booked three weeks in advance and was wait listed. Several days before arrival I got the rejection note. No hotel guests should ever be denied!......I have dined in 3 Michelin and below and have never been denied when staying in the hotel where the restaurant is located.

Gorgeous hotel in a lovely setting not far from annecy town.Good value for money also purchased a few breakfast which catered for everyone.

Die Lage und der Ausblick. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Man ist schnell unten am See sowie in Annecy. Der Wald ist herrlich genau wie der Poolbereich und die Terrasse.

Location beautiful
Overpriced for hotel stay. Had to move rooms, upgraded forest room 119 on arrival was very noisy until 12pm as situated over the kitchen, only offered ear plugs as hotel full. Moved to room 207, forest side of hotel, bathroom very small, 2 people could not be in there at the same time, toilet and shower in same room. Room overpriced for size and facilities. Room cups not changed. Staff not available sometimes at breakfast to greet and seat you. Limited menu choices if selecting The Menu at 49€, same choices every day, not good if staying more than 2 days (chicken or trout)

L’hôtel est bien placé, et la vue est très belle. Le spa est bien.
Nous avions choisi la chambre supérieure, mais elle était très petite. Elle était sur 2 étages avec des tous petits escaliers et la salle de bain toilette était en haut ainsi que la machine à café et le mini bar. Pour le prix de la chambre, ça ne valait pas du tout le prix nous avons été très déçus. Et sur place, tout est très cher. Le petit déjeuner a 27 euros n’en vaut pas la peine.

Chambre donnant sur la forêt , donnait plutôt sur le parking. Équipement sommaire pour un 4 étoiles . Dommage que le spa soit en supplément.
