Hadde forventet bedre standard og service til denne prisen.
Pros:

Beliggenhet og utsikten var fin.

Cons:

Bratt trapp til 3. etg og ingen heis. Badet var modent for renovering.
Unødvendig lang ventetid ved kjøp i baren inne og ute.

Déçus par la décoration de la chambre, même si nous avons soi-disant été "surclassés"

L'emplacement de l’hôtel, le petit déjeuner "fait maison" très gourmand et frais.
L'ambiance du restaurant et du bar est sympa

Cons:

Déco datée, salle de bain vieillissante, escalier raide pour y accéder.
semaine de canicule, pas de bouteille d'eau a disposition.

Séjour agréable au calme
Pros:

On a adoré l emplacement, la proximité du lac et du centre ville à pied. Le personnel était agréable, le petit déjeuner copieux .
Accès à la piscine.
Le confort de la literie et le calme au sein de l établissement.

Cons:

Surprise par la petite chambre et la salle de bain qui est minuscule et pas de produits de toilettes "offerts" contrairement à ce qui était écrit dans l offre booking .

Cons:

Pour un hôtel de ce standing, pas normal d’avoir un sèche cheveux aussi bas de gamme dans les chambres. On m’en a monté un autre, qui n’était pas mieux.
Les cintres : pas possible de les enlever, comme dans les hôtels entrée de gamme.
Pas de bon shampoing / après shampoing / gel douche
Pas de lampe loupe
Lumière salle de bain pas bonne.
Plein de petits détails qui font des hôtels haut de gamme, une perfection, que je n’ai pas retrouvés chez vous.

Veldig fint uteområde med flott basseng og spa avdeling.

Cons:

Der er 2 restauranter en som har Michelin stjerne denne var ikkje åpen når vi var der, så vi spiste på den andre restauranten, men der var det dårlig service og veldig lenge å vente på maten. Vi bestilte en 3 retter og når det hadde gått 1.45 minutter og enda ikkje hadde fått desserten så gikk vi derfra.
