Pros:

The location of the hotel is very convenient and close to everything you need in Malmo.The breakfast had many options, but it gets boring to have the same options every day for a week. Entertainment options in the hotel were cool - we really liked both ping pong and shuffleboard. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Luggage room was convenient since our flight home was in the evening.

Cons:

The room comes with basically nothing - there is a bed, a desk and a bathroom. No kettle, no mini-fridge, no place to put the clothes, the tv only provides Swedish channels (not a smart tv so we can use our own streaming services), the heating system is confusing, the windows do not open..
Also, there is no cleaning every day, which is fine, but even the one day we did ask for cleaning (during a week-long stay), they didn't clean anything, it was just emptying the trash and that's it.
The elevator works in a confusing way.
The towels stink of bleach.

部屋が可愛かったです。

Cons:

日本のホテルでは当たり前についている、ケトルや冷蔵庫が付いていればもっとよかったです。アメニティは全然ないので、自分で持っていく必要があります。スリッパもないです。あと、空調の設定を変更しても変化を感じなかったです。

Bra rum, god frukost. Vi hade bokat barnsäng, men detta hade inte registrerats på bokningssidan (personal kunde ej se detta). Vid ankomst ordnade de en barnsäng väldigt snabbt och kom till rummet med den, vilket var ett plus.

Simple hotel for short stays
Pros:

The hotel was modern and nicely decorated all the communal spaces were well thought out and very uniquely designed which was really good. . The bar and restaurant were lovely, we didn't eat but did have drinks and the service was pleasant and drinks were good. The games and activities in reception were a great idea and ideal if you have kids. The breakfast room was bright, airy and spacious and with plenty of delicious choices. Check in and out was speedy and friendly and the staff were really pleasant and helpful and spoke perfect English (our Swedish wasn't up to much!).

Cons:

We booked a standard twin room which we often do and generally have no issues in hotels. This was a very small room. There was no space at all between the two beds so might as well have been a double! There was very little space around the bed so it all felt very cramped. There was no wardrove which I have never come across before! There was a peg with 3 coat hangers on which would simply not suffice. There was also no drawer space at all. I queried the lack of wardrobe with reception and was told that the hotel does not have wardrobes which I was astonished at! They did give us a few more hangers for the peg though!
