We stay here every time we come to Sherwood park.
Pros:

Conveniently located. The BPs and Confetti Bakery in the same parking lot are amazing to be near.

Cons:

You cant use the stairs to leave or enter the 4th floor.

I have stayed here many many times and will return here.
Pros:

it's a lovely, clean hotel, excellent staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds and relatively quiet for a busy hotel

Cons:

being on the parking lot side meant a little more noise from delivery trucks and noisy people from the restaurant next door

Very relaxing
Pros:

We were greeted by a friendly staff at the front desk and check-in was quick. Our stay was very relaxing with the cozy ambiance of our room. The next day, we were served with sumptuous breakfast with a staff available to assist us.
