La limpieza de la habitación con excepción del baño qué tenia cabellos de otra persona en la bañera.
Que al momento del checkin me dijeron que mi reserva estaba cancelada cuando booking nunca la cancelo y tampoco yo. Pero después de un largo rato y espera me dieron la habitación.

,leider stank die ganze Zimmer nach Schimmel.
Sonst ist sauber gewesen.Klima scheint ein Problem zu sein weil alle anderen Zimmer stank auch.Wir sind nicht geblieben,weil Geruch unerträglich war.
La La was wonderful as usual and so was all the staff including house keeping.
The room was comfy and clean. My sister and I enjoyed the free breakfast and we also used the fitness room which was great!

However, it had a strange oder in it. The room the people traveling with us had smelled fine. Everything else was fine.
