Pros:

Staff were so friendly and nice

Cons:

Rooms not available for hours after arrival around 5pm. Had to wait for housekeeping to return to the hotel and clean the rooms.

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Friendly, welcoming staff, very clean, comfortable beds all facilities as described.
My flight was cancelled (along with many others) and there were a lot of people booking and arriving for the night. They gave everyone a complementary drink and got staff in to get all the rooms ready, the service was incredibly good. Perfect location for the airport, I would definitely book again.

Pros:

Naja für den Preis, nicht gut, zu teuer und schmutzig

Cons:

Ich musste die Koffer von der Tiefgarage in den 1 Stock schleppen weil der Lift defekt war.

Pros:

Das Hotel war eine sehr positive Überraschung: sehr nettes Personal, ruhiges schickes klimatisiertes Zimmer mit kostenlosen Getränken in der Minibar, wo hat man sowas? Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut und man ist wirklich in 2min zu Fuß bei der S-Bahn und in 5min am Flughafen.

Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

Air con did not work, opening window was not solution either because of close trains, airport and bus which had started motor for 2 hours. We had bad sleep.

Pros:

emplacement top à côté de l'aéroport et très proche de la station de train pour pouvoir se rendre au centre ville. Bon conseil également sur le sujet des transports de la part de la personne à l'accueil

Cons:

L'hôtel n'est pas équipé de climatisation. La nuit a été très compliquée avec des température très très chaudes. Je ne pouvais pas ouvrir la fenêtre en plein et j'ai eu toute la nuit le bruit des trains et à partir de 5H du matin les bruits de travaux et de tondeuse des habitations d'à côté...

Gute Lage zum Flughafen.

Cons:

Klimaanlage ist ausgefallen. Bei 35 Grad Wärme ist das nicht lustig. Das Zimmer lag mit der Fensterseite zur Bahn hin. Es fuhren alle 10 Minuten Zuge ca. 10 m vom Hotel entfernt vorbei. Es war sehr laut. Ohne Ohropax war an Schlaf nicht zu denken.
Wenn ich dort noch einmal übernachten muss, nur in einem Zimmer auf der anderen Seite.

Hotel apenas para necessidade de pernoitar para ir ao aeroporto
Pros:

Fui para passar uma noite de descanso antes de voo longo (logo não seria um hotel muito perto do centro de Graz). O staff é simpático e o quarto é confortável.

Cons:

Não é um bom custo benefício pelo preço. Não tem uma localização boa (a não ser q seja circunstancial e vc precise ir pro aeroporto cedo pq a linha de trem fecha) o banheiro estava acumulando água no box e molhava tudo. O ar condicionado não estava funcionando no dia e por 50 euros a diária sem café da manhã eu achei muito caro
