Location was great!
Away from everything and quiet. Price was good. Breakfast was pretty decent.
It had an old motel feel to it, but the room inside was good.

The comfort and location
There was nothing I liked about my stay. Unfortunately, the experience was completely disappointing from the moment I arrived.
I am leaving this very negative review because I was completely disappointed with my experience at this motel.
I booked my stay online through Booking.com. When I arrived and entered the room, there was a terrible smell, and I found dead bugs behind the door. The window also appeared to be broken and would not stay securely locked, which made me very uncomfortable from a safety standpoint.
I immediately contacted the front desk and explained the unacceptable condition of the room. The clerk offered to move me to another room, but after seeing the condition of the first room, I no longer felt comfortable staying at the property and decided to leave.
The front desk clerk told me that because I booked through Booking.com, I would need to request the refund through Booking.com and that she would approve it. I followed her instructions and submitted the refund request. However, the hotel responded through Booking.com stating that I would not receive a refund because an alternative room had been offered.
I did NOT stay at this property or use the room. I left because the room I was initially given had serious cleanliness, odor, and security issues. Simply offering another room does not change the fact that I was not comfortable staying at the property after what I experienced.
I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I feel that I should have received a full refund since I did not stay at the motel and immediately reported the problems upon arrival.
I will never stay at this property again, and based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable staying at any of their other properties either. I strongly recommend that management take cleanliness, room safety, and customer concerns more seriously.

The view and the pool was amazing
The hot tub jets weren’t working and no towels at the pool
Beautiful surroundings away from traffic, clean rooms, I come here every time I'm in town
only thing was my mattress was broken, could feel the springs and it popped every time I moved, but slept ok, very soft comfortable sheets, pillows will break your neck, bring your own pillow
It was comfortable and close to town.

The night manager Erica was the best accommodation that Pine Springs Inn has too offer!
Apparently there waa an issue with the computer system at Pine Springs Inn.
Erica verified that I only had 1 current registration for Jul 2 to Jul 5.
As she was privy to the cancelation phone calls.
The actual Manager Hollie at the sound boy at the counter were a horrible and absurd representation of what Best Western Pine Springs Inn is supposed to promote.
Both of these two attendance need customer service training and a course in manners.
When checking in I fully disclosed that my reservation for a room with a king size bed was paid thru Afterpay and booked through Booking.com.
After ai left the hotel for dinner the rude young man charged my card again for the room, stating that he was instructed.to do so.
After a conversation with the rude manager Hollie the charge was not reversed.
The night manager Erica cleared the whole thing up that same night ans had my money returned within hours.
The manger Hollie cancelled my reservation with Booking.com, and we were given a room with two queen beds. So they stated there were no King rooms available.
Erica sent me an email with the cancelelation number, now I am trying to make sure that Booking.com alerts Afterpay so I don't get charged for the room which was reserved that Hollie cancelled.
Thank God for Erica, possibly Hollie needs a good disciplinary action and the young boy attendant who mocked me while ai was explaining the situation of them charging my card, when the reservation was already secured.
The boy attendant actually committed fraud by debiting.my card without reason.
I may need further assistance from Erica to assure I am not charged by Afterpay again.

Shower kept going from cold to hot didn't stay consistent when showering.

I loved the atmosphere, it is nestled in the woods on a mountain. We were able to see wildlife. They had a dog park on the premises. The only thing that was a struggle for me was that I had sprained my big toe before coming and we had an upstairs room. There were no downstair rooms available.... they did check for me though. Great customer service and great breakfast. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious.
Having to go upstairs with a hurt toe and the hot tub wasn't working

I had to get new keycard as it stopped working at noon and I had a 1 pm checkout noted on registration form.
Beautiful place. Good breakfast. Edge of town near Walmart. Friendly staff.
