miserable because of the bad AC
Pros:

Staff was very friendly

Cons:

the pool was literally falling apart, sheets were stained, the AC could not adequately cool the room, mold on the shower curtain.

Convenient and a good value. Good location.
Pros:

Free breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Waffles, cereal, fruit, toast were available.

There was a beautiful view from our room

The location was convenient and the view was nice.

Cons:

The room needed small repairs. After I got out of the shower, I sat down on the bed to put my shoes on and my feet were already disgusting. Yuck! The floor was filthy. So I wash my feet again and put my shoes on. At checkout, I informed the employee and the response I got was unsatisfactory. I was not looking for money off our room or a discount on our next stay. A simple apology would have gone a long way. I know this because I have worked as a hospitality agent in this industry.

The bathroom was filthy, our bedspread was dirty. The egg’s doe breakfast were runny and gross. We stay at this hotel

The only good thing is the location and large parking lot for boats

Cons:

I made a reservation for my husband and I and our 15 year old daughter. When we arrived, there were only 2 towels in the room . I went to the front desk to request another tower and was told it is not available because housekeeping was back up. So I offered another solution, to take one out of a room that was not occupied, I was told can not do that. I then asked for a pool towel, was told that I needed to return it by 11pm when the pool closed. That wasn’t going to work because I was going to shower in the morning.

I probably won’t be staying there again. It was very not clean.

I like that it wasn’t too far from where I was going

Cons:

The restroom wasn’t very clean the towel that you would put on the floor for the shower was dirty. My daughter had gotten a room there with her boyfriend was kind of last-minute late at night. The carpet was disgusting. The bathroom was disgusting. I’ve stayed here before it was never been this bad there was throw up and pee outside when you were walking through the corridors is disgusting.
