Perfect Location, but the Service is a Coin Toss

You can’t beat this hotel's location—it’s absolutely excellent and close to everything. I also want to mention that some of the staff members were very pleasant and made me feel welcome. Those specific employees clearly care about their guests.

Cons:

I was disappointed by the inconsistency of the service. While some staff were nice, others were unprofessional and clearly lack basic customer service skills; it felt like they were in the wrong line of work. Additionally, the breakfast was pretty mediocre and didn't live up to expectations. There's definitely room for improvement here.

For the most part it was a good value, Breakfast was disappointing,
Pros:

Location~ Shuttle service- Friendly Driver- Clean Rooms- Room was quiet with no freeway noise-Liked having shampoo and conditioner along with body lotion provided

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible-Coffee was warm -Toaster only toasted both breads on one side-Orange juice was watered down- Yogurt was not refrigerated-Yogurt was set in in a pan with no ice-No eggs, bacon or sausage .
