Pros:

Chambre assez grande et bien organisée (petit coin salon). Literie confortable. Proche de quelques restaurants. À 10mn de l’aéroport par leur navette (toutes les 40mn).

Cons:

Petite salle de bain. Très mauvaise insonorisation, intérieure et extérieure. Chambre en bout de couloir et réseau wifi extrêmement faible. Petit déjeuner minimal. Plus de navette le matin après 11h30.

Great stop for our long road trip. The staff were amazing.
Pros:

The location was mainly industrial and just west of the airport. It was clean, comfortable and quiet.

There were limited dining options.

Terrible customer service/care with no power
Cons:

The power was out in the entire building (on a 100° day) when we arrived and the front desk staff person offered no customer service for our options or ideas of timeline for when it would come back on/what they were doing about it... Just looked at me and shrugged. With some probing, they finally stated we had to reach out to booking.com for a refund. We went through the refund process with booking.com, and the hotel refused to refund our money for reasons I still can't wrap my head around. Apparently they think it's reasonable for people to expect to pay money for a hotel that has zero power.

Pros:

We scheduled a pick up to take us to the airport and he got us there on time and after we sent our friend home we called for pick up and he showed up minutes later. Was a super way to travel to the airport and not have to park the car. Let the hotel take care of us. VERY VERY PLEASED.

The beds were comfortable
Pros:

I expected a much better breakfast. The room was very clean but the bathroom door looked like salvaged door that was spackled , screwed together and painted over. The fridge froze everything in it. The towels were extremely thin and only 2 provided for a 2 Queen bedroom. The staff provided 2 more when requested.

A breakfast with some type of eggs and meat. Better towels.

Clean room with thin walls and a not so satisfying breakfast

Could hear the people above my room running around almost all night. The breakfast was a disappointment.
