Pros:

The facility was very nice, we've stayed here before and the desk clerk remembered us from our stay the year before It was very nice and made it feel even more comfortable.

Cons:

I liked our room except for they had a fireplace in the room but no wood and there were no dressers or closets to hang our clothes or unpack our suitcase's when we got to the room our door was left open the door was hard to close. We called the desk and reported it they informed us that they would address it. We had housekeeping clean the room but once again it was left open this time with all of our stuff in the room I think housekeeping should make sure they secured the room before they left.

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and for the most part was pretty clean.

Cons:

The bathroom could have been cleaner(dirty in the corners and grout in tile was very dirty. We were in room 214 and the bathroom door did not close

The staff at the front desk was nice, the location great but cleanliness is gross and they should re-staff their houseke
Pros:

I liked the location it’s great!!! Walking distance to downtown, and up on a hill so you can see all the lights at night!

Cons:

I had two rooms, one was great and in good condition the other was gross! The second one had blood spots all over the bathroom and bathroom door! The picture Meryl in the room looks like it had water damage in the bathroom. The ceiling was dark brown and disgusting all around that room should not be rented out and is very gross.

Pros:

We were greeted by a wonderful lady at check in. She was very welcoming and made sure our entire stay was pleasant. The room was super clean & comfortable. Breakfast was served from 7a-10a & was delicious with choices like scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles with maple syrup. Also an assortment of yogurts complete with toppings like sliced almonds, granola,cookies, coconut, sprinkles etc. Choices of cereals with milk, bagels, French toast, toast, & muffins. Juices, milk, coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate. Sliced fresh fruit, bananas, peanut butter, jelly ,& Nutella for spreading. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg so no parking fees. We will definitely stay here again. Nicely priced definitely a hidden gem.
