STAFF PARTICULARLY FRIENDLY
Restaurant could have a better selection of food; did not have coffee early in the morning.
お部屋がかわいくてテンションあがります。夜10時過ぎに到着したのですが、ホテルの周辺はそれなりに人がいて歩く音ができました。夜中でもフードトラックがあるので買いにいけてよかったです。
Nicely decorated room with good amenities and stocked mini bar. Close to everything.
The room air was so dry, it was hard to sleep. The hotel should add or offer humidifiers. There was no coffee maker in the room.
Great design! Great music!!! Awesome service!
The aesthetic is nice, and the overall MCM vibe is fun. The room is comfortable. The staff were nice, and the valet staff outside were extremely helpful and attentive. The hotel is in walking distance to downtown music venues.
Cleanliness is not up to par. There were hairs in the shower. There was only one, absolutely miniscule trash can in the room, and there were none on the premises. This is, apparently, by design because trash cans are not aesthetically pleasing to the owner. This is unhygienic and impractical. The fridge in the room is rammed full with drinks for sale, leaving no space for items guests might want to keep chilled. There are $13 bottles of water on the counter. There is no coffee maker. There is no complementary coffee or tea. Parking costs an additional $25, and it's kind of necessary because the park across the street is populated by unfortunate homeless and drug addicts who are doing their drugs enthusiastically in view of the hotel. The room is noisy - tile floors are pretty, but sound from upstairs carries. The park and the street are noisy at night - one hears everything from maniacal laughter to late night cruisers, blasting mostly bad music. Not good if you need quiet to sleep. It feels very much like the guest is being nickled and dimed after paying the rather proud booking rate.
Room was great, breakfast was great, and very friendly staff.
There is no parking. You have to pay for valet. If you do not want to pay, you have to look for a parking in the neighborhood and there are a lot of homeless in the area.
The property was fabulous. It was new, clean, and very well decorated. There is a cafe onsite with an awesome patio.
The bath products were almost empty. Guests should check those and call management to have them refilled if they are not full upon arrival. There was not a way to make coffee in the room. A Nespresso would be a good idea for a high end level rating, not a Keurig.
Love the retro. Staff is great. Rooms are clean. Loved the texting for car pick up
Valet is pricey. Lots of traffic noise most of the night. Can't really help that. Wish they had coffee in the room!
Zentral gelegen, freundliches Personal.
Zimmer recht dunkel, Essen und Trinken eher teuer im Hotel.
The updated look. Modern with thoughtful decor.
The property is not very nice. The front desk and valet are very difficult to deal with.
Staff, comfort, amenities, appearance, cleanliness
Apparently on Friday, Sat, and Sunday the city blocks off the streets in the bar area for pedestrians and sends the car traffic right past the hotel- it’s not the amount of cars coming by but the revving of cars/motorcycles showing off til 2am that makes it difficult to sleep.
