Location was 10/10! Staff, specifically Amaira, was kind and helpful…she had good recommendations for supper! The other staff were also very friendly.
Bed super comfortable and everything clean. Good coffee in the room and the continental breakfast was adequate to keep you going til noon! Excellent value! Excellent location!
Bathroom fan was a bit loud as was the heating /cooling unit in the room …but you get used to it quickly!
Didn’t like at all!
Everything! Was nasty and disgusting! Lots of stains and hair on the bed! Towels were dirty! We couldn’t stay the night! We checked out ASAP!
Price and breakfast.
It seemed like a seedy part of town. No elevator and we had heavy suitcases.
Staff was accommodating for me to be booked on the first floor, due to mobility issues.
My one and only complaint, was the parking was in the rear of the building. And although there was Handicap Parking closer to the entrance? The space was taken by a truck and trailer. Leaving me to hobble with my cane, and two grand children in tow, around the building to the entrance.
The breakfast was very good
The gentleman that greeted us on our stay went above and beyond to help me and my elderly mother. He gave the handicapped room which we didn't order.He carried in all our luggage.Got us a wheelchair to help my mother. He was wonderfully delightful and personable. Definitely an asset to this hotel!!!
