The first room we were put in wasn't even clean the second the mattress definitely needs replaced had no remote the breakfast wasn't much of a choice eggs were nasty
The location is wonderful.
Bathroom is rinky dink (aka jail bathroom), room did not have toiletries (when calling the property they were rude). Staff does not want to communicate or with you unless it’s the day you’re leaving.
The location
The room was incomplete, the toilet paper holder was non existent, the towel holder wasn’t there as well. This was the third room I was assigned, the first 2 rooms we were given, they were slept in and never cleaned. We had to go back to lobby 2x to tell the reception lady the rooms were disgusting.
There is absolutely nothing to like about this hotel
There are bed bugs, there is mold in the rooms. There were dead bugs in the jacuzzi tub in the room and the doors to the balcony off our room were screwed shut. The lady at the front office did not seemed bothered at all when we told her our issues and just asked if we wanted a refund or a different room. We are still waiting on the hotel to process a refund and when I called to ask to speak with someone about it I got told to call the accounts department for the hotel and when I said I had to have something emailed from the property the guy said he knows better than me and I need to just listen to him.
This is the absolute worst service I have received from any hotel or travel company
I would not recommend to use this hotel or to use booking.com to anyone, and thats sad considering every vacation I have ever taken has been booked through booking.com and they are refusing a refund because the hotel is refusing to respond to the proper email even though the hotel sent an email approving the refund but booking is now saying it is not sent to the proper place and the hotel gave verbal approval over the phone as well but that wasn't good enough either.
