very convient for the interests -meaning location. Wish price wasn't so high

I Will not use this location again
Cons:

Building was not that clean. Door to room was old and it looked like someone had pried the door open as it would at a burglary. It was a gloomy atmosphere. Staff at arrival advised room was not available and did not offer early check in. Just come back at 3 o’clock she said. Breakfast was very limited and when replacing coffee or other beverages they just took out empty containers for refill as opposed to replacing one with the other. Jus5 a very old place

Salle de bain propre, mais dommage qu’il n’y en ait qu’une petite pour une suite de 8 personnes.

Cons:

Chambre vieillotte, lits peu confortables.
Isolation avec les parties communes très faible (on entend les autres clients qui parlent en passant devant la chambre et la lumière passe sous la porte).
Canapé taché et ancien.
Une seule petite salle de bains pour 8 personnes.

Need renovations, my room has a bog stain on the ceiling, room smell is not good, the path in D wing so small. I’m not sure why the rooms so old like this but I think they have a better one’s but not for Booking.com customers, business center out of order the computer and the printer with a lot of dust. Wasn’t a happy experience at all

Pros:

The room was great size with 2 bathrooms. The pool was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

Bathroom door didn't work correctly. And the carpets definitely need upgrades.

Excellent fully equipped rooms with the perfect location
Pros:

To be honest from the moment we pulled up and viewed the reception area we were not sure about our choice! Arriving from London UK it was a last minute booking with sky high rates. The corridors and chipped room door did not help.

But, what a surprise! A huge room with all the facilities you could need, including an iron and ironing board, fridge and microwave.

Super quiet, very pleasant friendly staff and breakfast. Our boys loved making waffles.

It proved to be an excellent bolt hole for three glorious days in Newport/James Town.

Would recommend!

Cons:

Reception area and window curtains. But a small gripe really.
