Comfortable bed, warm room, hot shower, and delicious breakfast.
Pros:

The waffles were delicious. There was plenty of food and fruit. The staff periodically checked to make sure everything was clean and stocked. I enjoy a quiet breakfast to fuel me for my day.

I found and bought a house in Poway.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

I was there nine weeks and ate breakfast once. It is VERY minimal. I found direct tv adequate, but it would be nice to have a little manual on it provided in the room. For example, I worked very hard to get closed captions and had no luck until someone who knew the trick showed me that it was in the settings on the remote.

So horrific we left after we were guaranteed a full refund

Nothing, left property and waiting for refund

Cons:

Entire floor had standing water upon entering room, they changed our room, new room had blood on the bedding (that’s the only body fluid we could see without black light) so I requested a refund and left.

Cons:

Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM however wasn’t able to check in till 330 due to the fact that I was told that there wasn’t enough housekeepers to clean all of the rooms on the site. The clerk at the front desk was not warm as she did not acknowledge my or the other guests presence. She made us feel like it was our fault that the rooms were not ready. No acknowledgment, no apologies.
