Is proximity to the venue I was attending
Every time I come to this place there is an issue. The second to last time I visited the rooms were not ready until 4 o’clock, but the website says they’re available by 3, but the staff let me know that they were shorthanded like it was my fault. That’s not my fault, hire some more people.
All, my last visit the room was not clean. I let the front desk clerk know that the floor was gritty and dirty and he sent over and housekeeper and all she did was swept the floor, but no mopping. My wife asked for a mop and said she would do it herself, but the clerk told her that the maid would take care of it, but she did not the only thing she did was swept.
Also, the room was missing a chair to sit at the desk and the clerk brought me a a chair that was broken so it was unusable. I will not be visiting this location again, regardless of the proximity to the venue.

The room is clean, and the mattress was comfortable. The location was perfect for me with several food options close by, and if my first choice happened to be booked up, I'd stay again.
Odd there isn't an elevator, the staircase is an indoor apartment feeling tight space. To carry a suitcase up and down, it was not comfortable.

The waffles were delicious. There was plenty of food and fruit. The staff periodically checked to make sure everything was clean and stocked. I enjoy a quiet breakfast to fuel me for my day.

The bed was very comfortable.
I was there nine weeks and ate breakfast once. It is VERY minimal. I found direct tv adequate, but it would be nice to have a little manual on it provided in the room. For example, I worked very hard to get closed captions and had no luck until someone who knew the trick showed me that it was in the settings on the remote.
