Awful Experience
Pros:

I normally never write reviews on hotels and I’m not picky about where I stay, but our experience at this hotel was terrible. We unluckily were assigned a room on the second floor that was right above the sliding doors of the main entrance. Who was the genius who decided to put a room in this location? My family had to listen to the sound of sliding doors and feel the floor vibrate all day and all night long. When we tried to change to a different room, the person at the front desk said it was fully booked so we were basically stuck. We had had a busy day and were exhausted and just wanted a good night of sleep, and we obviously did not get it at this place. We were promised we would get a call from the manager and a refund after check out, but the call and refund never came. The people at the front desk had admitted that they have had complaints about this before, but obviously the hotel does not care about fixing the problem. Awful place, you have been warned

Outstanding service.
Pros:

The person who checked us in was tremendously helpful. It was late. We were very tired. Forced to lay over in Denver with no access to our luggage, no clean clothes or toiletries. The front desk attendant quickly checked us in, gave us water, tooth brushes and toothpaste and offered a free shuttle back to the airport in the morning and a bag breakfast. We were so grateful for these kindnesses.

Cons:

Roomed smelled a little musty but looked clean.

Pros:

En dehors des commodités et de la prise en charge de l'aéroport à l'hôtel et vice-versa, c'est le professionnalisme de l'employée à l'accueil, de sa bonne volonté et de son attitude irréprochable. J'ai travaillé en hôtellerie en France et j'ai visité beaucoup d'hôtels en Europe et en Amérique du Nord, mais cette grande dame mérite un standing ovation ! Merci beaucoup madame !

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

I always get worried about staying in a budget friendly hotel because it always seems to be hit or miss and many times you get what you paid for. We had a flight early the next day so we took a chance because of the proximity to the airport and was pleasantly surprised. Hotel was clean,and quiet, No big frills to brag about in the rooms but it had everything we needed at a very good price.

Outstanding stay, friendly/helpful staff, incredible room, and great value and breakfast !!
Pros:

Room was amazing…big well appointed…breakfast was terrific….amenities great…this is the second time we stayed in A Spark by Hilton and we are impressed. In the future this will be our “go-to”.

Short stop on our way to work and leisure travel
Pros:

Close to airport. Late night check in was super easy. Beds were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

Cons:

Most of the parking was in the back and the only way to get in was the side of the building. I do wish there was a door at the back of the building. Unless I missed it.
