A lovely time ....except for the rain!!!

Everything was very nice.

Cons:

I would like to have had the $100.00 incidental charge cancelled when we were checking out. I understand that it will be cancelled over the next few days but I believe that a system should be in place where the room could be checked and the charge cancelled immediately.

The price was high considering another upscale hotel we stay at was a little bit cheaper.

Cons:

It’s a long way from the actual Niagara on the Lake, it’s just off a Highway and next to industrial parks.
