It was a nice clean hotel but horrible sleep.
Pros:

Breakfast was great but expensive. The pool and hot tub were nice good parking. The ac worked well. Parking was included.

Cons:

Beds were absolutely awful! Our backs are sore from sleeping on the beds for 2 days. Wouldn’t stay again because of the beds. The fire pit closes at 11.

Great location and friendly staff, but unfinished decor
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The pool was small, but clean and heated; my daughter really enjoyed it. The common area/lobby and outside area looked beautiful. The location was great as it was next to the highway exit and the Niagara Outlets.

Cons:

There was black mold on the shower tiles at the pool.
The décor looked like it was in a transition. A lot of it had been updated, but the old décor was still there. It was kind of strange as there were two styles mixed together (traditional beige and rust mixed with modern bright colours).

Great value, good time at the NOTL Hilton Garden Inn.
Pros:

My brother and I were very pleasantly surprised by the Hilton Garden Inn. The rooms were a good size, the beds were very comfortable, the staff warm and welcoming. The bathroom was large and the shower was great. The hotel was a little further out of NOTL than I expected, about a 15-20 minute drive, but the price made that worthwhile.

Cons:

I used the workout room which was OK but it would have been nice having a machine for upper body stretches (like a Bowflex). My brother swam in the pool but it was too small to swim laps as he wanted. The towels in the room were quite thin and scratchy; it would have been nice to have towels that were more plush. But these are minor gripes in what was altogether a very enjoyable two-night stay.

Nous avons eu un excellent séjour chez vous et je le recommanderai !
Pros:

Les installations de détente (spa et piscine) étaient impeccables et ouverts à des heures où nous pouvions en profiter ! :-)
Le restaurant offrait un menu varié et de qualité autant pour le déjeuner que pour le souper ! :-)
Le calme et le silence des lieux malgré l'emplacement de l'hôtel situé dans un carrefour d'autoroutes ! :-)

Cons:

Le personnel était impeccable, mais ne parlait pas français :-(
La propreté de la salle de bain laissait légèrement à désirer (cheveux sur le sol et dans la douche ! :-(
J'ai été déçue que les chambres n'aient été nettoyées qu'un jour sur deux ! :-(

Pros:

Front desk supervisor (tthink her name was Chelsea) was very helpful concerning restaurants, wineries, sightseeing, directions. Very friendly and personable.

Cons:

Would have liked breakfast buffet included in room rate.
