Room was excellent, staff were friendly, but breakfast was disappointing.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, very spacious and good value for money.
The staff were friendly throughout my stay.
The location of the hotel was good, with easy connections via the subway to the city.
The food at breakfast was okay.

Cons:

It was very disappointing to find at breakfast, that all of the plates, cups and cutlery was single use paper and wooden items rather than reusable washable crockery given the sustainability issue single use items create.

Additionally the hot drinks were tucked away on completely the other side of the restaurant area to the rest of the breakfast food, without any signs, which meant I did not find them until my last morning. Why not keep all the breakfast food and drinks in the same area next to each other?
Why no tea bags in the room, only coffee, but they were available at breakfast?

Infelizmente, não pude gostar muito frente a tudo o que enfrentei.

Cons:

Pedi um quarto com acessibilidade e não me foi fornecido. Disseram que estava reservado para outra pessoa, embora eu tenha chegado antes. Sugeriram que eu dormisse na mesma cama com meu filho, um homem de 25 anos, pois era o único quarto disponível. Meu quarto tinha uma banheira, mas sou cadeirante e nao consigo usa-la, colocaram um banco, mas nao tenho controle de tronco e nao pude tomar banho, pois preciso encostado corpo em algum lugar. Além dissono banco é extremamente baixo e não tinha como eu passar da cadeira de rodas para o banco e vice-versa. Pedi para procurarem outro hotel da rede para me hospedar e a resposta que obtive foi que não era uma responsabilidade daquela pessoa. Em resumo: foi péssimo! Gostaria, inclusive, de saber como poderia reaver o meu dinheiro, pois 9 dias sem tomar banho por falta de acessibilidade do hotel é um absurdo sem tamanho!
