Hyvä sijainti meren läheisyydessä ja monipuolinen aamupala.

Cons:

Todella likaiset ikkunat, joten hieno merinäköala ei päässyt oikeuksiinsa.
Julkinen liikenne tuossa kadulla huonohko.
