See my previous review, it was 1 extra night stay
There's lots. See my previous review. This was 1 extra stay because we didn't want to pack up and move to a different hotel for just 1 day
The staff were great and the restaurant was good
Because we were traveling with 2 small dogs, we were put in the old north tower on the 5th floor. The bathroom fan didn't work, neither did the A/C. It looked like nothing hac been upgraded in 10 years. We paid $40 extra a night for the dogs. Over 5 nights that's $200and still got a crappy room
The main entrance way had ramps up to the reception desk, then a long ramp down around the corner for the elevator..I'm a senior that had to push a luggage trolley up and down and around. It's doable, but hard, especially pushing the trolley up the long ramp to check out. There are far better hotels to stay at for the same price.
It is dirty and in bad need of renovations. The carpet in our room was completely wore off. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were ready to fall off. The homeless were inside upset that someone stole their baseball bat and bike
The staff was great
The Ceiling in my room was leaking I woke up and my luggage was wet
I like the room, the bed, the location and the staff. It was excellent service.
The TV signal was so poor I couldn't watch the world cup.
The receptionist is very friendly
Location is good,
The location was perfect for us!
Room service wouldn’t deliver coffee to my room. Their loss cause I’m a good tipper.
Am first hotel in canada, the hot bath and the location was good
Everything is ok
None
Location was ok for our needs, everything else - wasn't.
Everything. So old, so dated, smells, stains - everything. The first room that was given to us looked like an old roadside motel room with stained carpets (pretty sure it was blood and other bodily fluids), cracked and dirty balcony door (don't get me started on the balcony) and beat up furniture with a couch that looked like it was brought in from outside. I asked for a different room and they switched us to another wing, but even there it was THE worst motel/hotel room I ever stayed in. And it's not like we paid little for it either.
Location and affordability.
