Pros:

The fact it was a smoking room, in case of torrential rain. The staff is pleasant. The rooms are clean. The beds are exceptionally comfortable.

Cons:

The room was cold wbe we got there, but I know how to turn the heat up on the thermostat.l

Cons:

The room was bla, mostly clean but very old and obvious old damage. Air con was non existent, 2 of 3 lamps did not work. The room was not pet friendly as requested. Old carpet with cigarette burns on it. 5th floor so really far distance to take dogs outside. Indoor rock and fake plants display was musty and confusing for dogs. Too many hills to climb with a luggage cart. Luggage carts were old and hard to manage. 2 of 3 elevators were not operational.

Leaking roof of water, dingy elevator that felt like it was ready to break any second, staff lying about not having stairs up to the north tower.

would not stay here again. Despite my special request for a non-smoking room when I made my booking, we were first given a room in a smoking area. I had to ask to be moved because my son has asthma.
The most frustrating part was having to pack up and drag all of our belongings back to the front desk, only to be assigned another room on the same floor. Unfortunately, the pillows and bed still smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
The bathroom was also very dirty, with a lot of mold. Overall, the room felt unclean, and the smoke smell made our stay very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place.

Great staff, but the property was poorly maintained and did not match the room that was booked.
Pros:

The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and did everything they could to help despite clearly being understaffed. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the effort the staff made to try to resolve the issues we experienced.

Cons:

The room I received did not match the King Suite I booked, as there was no separate bedroom with a door. The air conditioning wasn’t working, only one of three elevators was operational, and during a storm our room leaked badly from both the window and ceiling, soaking the carpet and some of our belongings. Overall, the condition of the property did not reflect what was advertised or the price we paid.

It was perfect for our needs. Price was very reasonable. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning.
Pros:

It was very convenient to get to downtown for an event.

Cons:

It was a little dated, some wrinkles in the carpet that can be dangerous for those with mobility issues.
