Good parking option along with electric charge facility. Location of the hotel is really good.
Beds could have been better. Lighting in the bedroom is not adequate. Not many options for hot breakfast for vegetarians.
super
rien tous est parfait
très bien
Close to everything in the village, breakfast buffet was okay
We stayed in room 224B rooms, the room was very small. There was just 2 of us and we were tripping over each other. Both of us could not use the sink at the same time. No way more a family of 4 could stay there. I paid almost 3000 dollars for a 1 week stay and I definitely feel that I overpaid, The kitchenette had no room to store snacks, or small lunch items. The light switch in the kitchen didn’t work. The room service was not the best. They basically made the bed, there were 2 glasses in the sink, and they didn’t wash them. I left the room hairdryer plugged in the bathroom, they left it plugged in. Having only 1 elevator in service, was not ideal. Luckily we were on the second floor, so we took the stairs almost every time.
This was easily one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. The price was way too high for the quality we received.
They charge for parking even though there was plenty of parking space available — it honestly felt like they were just trying to make extra money. To make it worse, the parking spaces are very tight, even after paying for them.
We stayed in a 2-bed suite, which was surprisingly small and quite run down. The windows didn’t even have proper curtains, just old-style blinds.
The breakfast was another major disappointment. The selection was basically the same every day and the quality was poor. The bread and bagels tasted stale, the oatmeal was watered down, and there were no muffins. The turkey and bacon were disappointing as well. The yogurt and scrambled eggs were probably the only things that were okay.
I will say that the staff were friendly and the service was good. Food was refilled promptly and we didn’t have any issues with the staff themselves.
Overall, though, the stay was extremely disappointing. For what we paid, the quality was nowhere close to acceptable. I would definitely not recommend staying here and would suggest looking elsewhere.
location
room service and breakfast
Le personnel est accueillant, le petit déjeuner est bien. Les suites chaleureuses, l'emplacement est super.
Les lits inconfortable malheureusement et la moquette vielle pour mon fils asthmatique cela était difficile pour lui.
