Good location close to Downtown sights and public transit
Pros:

Great variety for breakfast, kitchen and laundry facilities were very handy and a good location Downtown

Cons:

Cons:

Worst property to work with, didn’t event work with us when we had an issue and still charged us for the room. Never provided any understanding or flexibility. Will never use again!

All'arrivo la ragazza alla reception insisteva a dire che non avevamo pagato il soggiorno nonostante avessi mostrato la ricevuta di booking. Non era mai successo da nessuna altra parte e tant'è insisteva a dire che non era un pagamento ma il deposito per la carta di credito

Relaxing and totally welcoming stay.
Pros:

Modern, spacious, clean and great location. Staff at reception especially Mike were very helpful and informative.
The subway to the airport was only a short walk downhill which made it very convenient and cost saving. Included full breakfast was good.

Cons:

In comparison with other accommodation the price was competitive but I feel prices are high and unfortunately will be thru the roof with the world FIFA soccer soon to have games in the city. Breakfast could have had a little more variety instead of mainly scrambled egg. Other breakfast selections were fine

Nice hotel, well located, but hit and miss with the service from the front desk.
Pros:

Great location. Spacious room with kitchenette. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Basic breakfast included.

Cons:

The two male reception staff were both on their phones on separate occasions when I went down with questions. Their service approach and general helpfulness was sub par. They were curt and dismissive in their dealings with me. The two female reception staff however could not have been more friendly or helpful. The males could learn a lesson or two from them on how to speak to customers!

This would definitely be the place I’d choose for a return visit to Vancouver.

Cons:
