מלון ברמה טובה מאד נמצא במרכז העיר וממנו אפשר להגיע לכל מקום. אם הגעתם במכונית יש חנייה נוחה מתחת למלון.
חדר אוכל לארוחות בוקר בלבד בסטנדרט אמריקאי קנדי גבוה. לי היה חסר ירקות וגבינות.

Im Hotel wird ein gutes Frühstück angeboten. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Stadt lässt sich gut zu Fuß erkunden.

Cons:

Hier würde hier nicht mit Kindern übernachten. Sobald man das Hotel verlässt, trifft man auf schwer drogenabhänige Obdachlose.

People are not decent
Pros:

Location. Price.

Cons:

People at reception mixed up my parking. Charged me for one more day. When I questioned, she said she thought something was off, but still added the additional charge thought I will go to them and voice the concern is it was wrong.

The breakfast was hopeless not like intercontinental for the amount they were charging. No omlettes were there nothing tasty

Pragya Gupta the duty manager was extremely mean she did not allow us to stay for a longer check out although we checked in at 7 pm. upon our arrival. she was not at all considerate and wanted us to pay for every extra hour. This shows the staff are interested in making money not in customer service. I was prepared to pay cash since my card was not working they wanted a deposit of 500 and would return only 150 at departure was absurd. The balance they would mail by check.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, cold😍it was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see downtown. The staff were friendly and helped with check in. Also, it’s worth to mention that they kindly helped us convert USD to CAD for laundry. We found out you need physical coins (CAD)to use the laundry machines and we didn’t have any on hand🥲. It doesn’t take the room card so you can’t charge to your room. If you’re staying here and need to convert money (USD to CAD) for laundry, you can go to the front desk and ask.😊
