Pros:

Le complexe est très agréable, le petit déjeuner est très bien (salé et sucré) mais j'aurais apprécié trouver une salade de fruits pour la fraîcheur. Le personnel est très agréable et notre chambre spacieuse. L'hôtel est proche d'une zone commerciale dans laquelle on peut faire des courses pour les repas.

La climatisation de la chambre est bruyante

Very disappointed for a Marriott hotel in an upmarket area - very run down, and unhelpful staff, will never stay there a
Pros:

Comfortable beds and good shower. Breakfast food was good.

Cons:

Unhelpful and rude receptionist upon arrival - didn’t inform us of extra $100 for our stay. She didn’t apologize or care!!

Had to change rooms due to a view of a construction area. Rooms were old, needed badly to be updated, fridge/freezer was battered. Carpets were worn, corridor carpets needed cleaning.

Pool was extremely small compared to the rest of the area where it is situated.

Ice machine was in the laundry room and the door wouldn’t open, after reporting it 3 TIMES; I realized that you had to push on the door to get it to open - a notice would’ve helped!!

Hot water for tea was NEVER hot!!

Una buena opción de estadía en un agradable lugar como Naples

La dimensión de la habitación con cocina y bien amueblada

Cons:

Le faltaría un poco de mantenimiento…x ejemplo a nosotros no nos funcionaba el graduador de la ducha pero enseguida vinieron a arreglarlo… la pileta y zona al aire libre también podría mejorar

The roomJust did not seem up the Marriot standards we have experienced in the past.
Pros:

The staff was outstanding. Front desk person(Lacy) was super friendly and helpful. She really showed that she took pride in her job and was very courteous.

Cons:

Room seemed old. Smelled with an odor and bathroom was showing signs of stains and repairs in tile needin repair.
