Spacious suite was a nice place to stay
Oddly, they wouldn't hold bags in a baggage room when we arrived early. Never seen a hotel that won't secure your bags.
Location
Guaranteed over the phone that we would get a two bedroom. This is the second time, and the second time that we walk into one bed with a couch. So no privacy. The pillow and blankets for the person on the couch were rolled up and stuffed in a bag and had hair in them. They were not clean. Advised them that they weren’t clean and no one offered clean ones. They said they had no two bedrooms available, but within three minutes of my husband, posting a bad review, they called and offered one. Unfortunately, we were getting ready for a get together, and by that time, I was cooking food for the gathering, and we were already unpacked. No ice. Toilet wasn’t clean looking. All three of our room keys failed us twice. We gave it a second chance because of location, but will not make that mistake again.
It was spacious and quiet
The space the facilities were just what you need for a trip and stay a night or even spend the day there
They change my room, I wanted a room with 2 beds in the same place but they give me 2 rooms instead so they figure out, good thing we were allowed to split our family but what if I wanted to be all together!? Other than that everything was perfect
Nothing really well maybe it was convenient
The location of the property was great close to shopping and the NYC.
The smell of the room was a bit odd, the pull out mattress needs to be replaced, but over all the room was very clean.
I didnt like anything
First of all, I booked a studio room specifically because it was available. When my wife and I arrived, the guy at the counter changed our room to a smaller one, claiming they were all out of studios. He still charged me the same price as the studio, even though he knew the room he gave us was smaller
Location
The ice maker didn’t make ice. Got ice from front desk and it all stuck together. Had to use a knife to break off chunks. Ice is very important to me.
Also, I feel the price was high for the accommodations.
