Good location but overpriced.

Cons:

The ice maker didn’t make ice. Got ice from front desk and it all stuck together. Had to use a knife to break off chunks. Ice is very important to me.
Also, I feel the price was high for the accommodations.

Pros:

The power went out at the hotel and we went to front desk where the woman at the front desk told us we can check out and go somewhere else and we will get a full refund because they have no power there. She told us to contact them the next day for full refund and when we did that they didn’t give the refund!!!

Nice place, but protocols are lacking.
Pros:

The place is beautiful, comfortable, the only problem was that there was a storm and there was no light for more than 12 hours and the heat was unbearable, there was no food for breakfast, I think they must be equipped for catastrophes and that guests feel good.

Cons:

The first day we arrived we went into the pool and some children were there playing throwing rocks into the pool, there is no control and they were 2 times about to hurt someone, I no longer enjoyed my dauLugarghter very much, and because of the catastrophe that occurred the next day they did not open the pool and we lost that day, there was no food or AC, I think they can be better equipped.

Decent but dank
Pros:

I loved the location of this property. I was smack in the middle of the church. I was attending visiting my mom and shopping. The staff were wonderful and friendly.

Cons:

I put the air conditioner up to about 75 because I felt chilled and when I came back after a couple hours, the room smelt really dank like an old room that people used to smoke in. I sometimes put the air lower just because it made the air smell cleaner. I think they need to replace all the rugs.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Close to where we needed to be and plenty of choices for eating. The staff were great and breakfast was, well it was hotel breakfast, nothing out of the ordinary.
