Fresh layout, nice loft but slightly overpriced
Pros:

comfortable beds, loft layout, and kitchenette included

Cons:

value for money-for $371 i expect better accommodation in the town of oxnard, room smells a bit upon check in and jacuzzi is way too small for the number of rooms onsite

Pros:

Pretty much everything. Oxnard is a fun little town. The rooms where so comfortable. We enjoyed just watching people golf. The breakfast was good

NO FOR PURCHASE ALCOHOL OR SNACK AT HAPPY HOUR. I WAS UNABLE TO REALLY ENJOY MY VISITORS FROM THE SOCAL AREA, FOOD WAS GRILLED VEGGIES AND MASHED POTATOES. UGH!

Pros:

Soon as you walk in staff at the front desk was very polite quick and efficient to get me to where I needed to be. room was very well kept I was there for two nights and got exactly what I wanted in terms of an overall well night stay.. highly recommend it!

Unprofessional lazy careless staff
Pros:

Called over 15 times and waited in the cold at the jacuzzis trying to keep my daughter warm for over 45 minutes as they were “bringing towels” they never came , called out on hold because they were busy however I could see the front desk had no one to keep them busy 3 workers just standing there wasn’t until I walked soaking wet to the front to get the towels my self they apologized but it was meaningless because they were lying about being with other customers they were standing in their phones very unprofessional and lazy of the staff my daughter got sick waiting that long to dry off and they ruined my daughters vacation 0/10 for the staff and management
